Gender: Female
Race: Weapon
Position: Student
Class: One-Star

A Strong Body
Picture:
Appearance: Arlie is fairly easy to spot in a crowd. With bright blonde hair resembling the sun itself, you’ll definitely see her coming even if she’s only average height. On a normal day, her hair is teased all to hell and kept up in a ponytail with her bangs falling in a way that frames her face and sometimes hides the dark grey of her eyes. When down, her hair falls around her shoulders. Her skin is light in color but has a bit of a peachier tone to it, and she does tend to tan in the summer. On her left side is quite the scar from an accident that occurred when she was nine. It reaches from the middle of her ribcage to the middle of her stomach before curving slightly towards her back where it stops. While usually hidden, she’s still a bit self conscious about it.
As far as clothes go, Arlie dresses for summer all year round. You’ll see her in bright colors and occasionally some animal print. For her it’s all short-shorts and tank tops all the time with the occasional appearance of actual jeans. Occasionally you’ll catch her wearing a skirt if she’s feeling fancy. Arlie hardly wears anything but cowboy boots on her feet as a constant shout out to her home state of Texas. While they vary in color and pattern, they’re pretty much all she wears. Sometimes she’ll go all out and wear a cowboy hat to match as well but not usually. If it’s super hot out she’ll resort to open-toed heels, she’ll also do this for any sort of special occasion. Arlie’s makeup routine consists of mascara, eye shadow, and lip gloss everyday. The day you see her wander out of the house without make up is the day the world ends. However, she isn’t big on jewelry and tends to keep it to a minimum of earrings and maybe a necklace.
Height: 5’6”
Weight: 145lbs
Fighting Style: When it comes to fighting, Arlie is a brawler. She’s not afraid to run right at her opponent or tackle them to the ground. She throws punches, kicks at her opponent, and is generally a flurry of blonde hair and name calling. Arlie also isn’t above hair pulling or spitting in your eye if the going gets tough or it looks like she might lose. Her style of fighting is generally fast and furious, consisting of her trying to get in as many good hits as she can as quickly as she can before dodging any oncoming attacks.
Personality: Arlie is a living ball of sunshine bottled up inside the form of a teenage girl. At any given moment there is a bright smile on her face and her eyes are wide open surveying the scene for something fun to do. She’s the new girl in class that makes it a point to talk to everyone and try to make friends with anyone who makes eye contact with her. Arlie makes friends fairly easily but can be very overwhelming with how excitable she is to some. All anyone would need to do is tell her to tone it down a few notches and she’ll readily apologize and try act a bit calmer. The blonde is very much like a golden retriever in personality, all she wants is to be your best friend and to please you. If you need help with you’re homework, she’s there. If you get dumped, she goes and punches your ex in the kidneys for making you cry.
While exceedingly friendly, Arlie isn’t the brightest porch light on. She just isn’t that smart, and this is something she knows and readily admits to anyone who points it out given that they don’t make fun of her. Arlie’s always up for a friendly fight or a more serious sparring match. However, taunt her or a friend in any way and it’s like a switch has been flipped. Arlie does not appreciate being made fun of and has a hot temper when it comes to people messing with her or anyone she happens to care about. While she’ll usually stick to name calling and the occasional revenge prank, she will start throwing punches if the taunting continues.
Being a shining example of everything happy, Arlie generally doesn’t appear saddened at all very often, nor does she really ever seem stressed. She’s very much ‘it is what it is’ and tries not to worry too much. There are always exceptions to this, though, and when Arlie gets stressed it’s immediately noticeable. She drops the smile, stares into space, and tries to avoid social interactions. If the pressure keeps mounting, she’ll eventually go into full breakdown mode where the slightest little thing will set her off and suddenly she’s sitting on the ground sobbing into her hands. The good thing is that this is very easily remedied. All she needs is a hug and a few kind words and she’ll be back on her feet in no time.
Another thing about Arlie is that, being from Texas, she is very patriotic. She adores the US of A and readily makes that apparent. To add another stereotype to her, she’s also a gun nut of great proportions. Her mother taught Arlie how to shoot a gun when she was only seven, and from then on the blonde’s been obsessed with firearms. Her family has quite the extensive collection of guns and Arlie herself knows just about everything there is to know about anything that shoots a bullet. Arlie loves to talk in general, but bring up guns and you can expect to be in for the long haul since you won’t be able to get her to shut up very easily for a good hour at least. Given her love of firearms, Arlie is also a bit disappointed that her Weapon form is a mere scythe and is a bit sensitive about the subject.
Inside the Soul
Weapon form: Arlie’s Weapon form is that of your everyday scythe that you might see leaning up against the side of a barn. Her Weapon form consists of two small handles attached to a five foot long metal shaft. At the end is a two and a half foot long curved blade that is razor sharp.
Partial Form: Arlie’s partial form consists of the blade of her scythe form. The blade takes the place of her right hand, starting at the base of her wrist and curving slightly in as scythe blades do.

Out of your Mind
Strengths: - Physically Strong - Quick Reflexes - High Stamina
Weaknesses: - Not Strategic - Lower Intelligence - Low Endurance
Hobbies:
Guns – Arlie loves guns more than she loves breathing. If she’s nowhere to be found, go look for the nearest shooting range. She loves to talk about guns just as much as she loves shooting things with them. Arlie definitely knows her stuff and can easily prattle on about firearms for hours on end if you let her. In addition, she’s also a great shot.
Roller Skates – When Arlie was six, her father bought her a pair of roller skates for her birthday. The blonde took to them wonderfully and found yet another object of obsession to throw her excess energy into. Through the years she’s used them as her main mode of getting around town and can perform a few impressive tricks with them when asked. By the time she entered high school she wound up joining a roller derby team for girls her age and put her skills to good use. You’ll see her zipping around Death City on her roller skates for sure.
Swimming – While Arlie’s hometown is nowhere near the beach, her family took frequent trips during the summer. The beach was often their place for family reunions each year, and so Arlie learned to swim fairly quickly. While she definitely loves to bask in the sun, Arlie also loves nothing more than to dive right into the water. She’s not the strongest swimmer but she doesn’t need to be, for her just playing around in the water is enough.
Horses – Spending much of her childhood on her grandparents’ farm, Arlie of course grew up around horses. When she was nine they bought her a pony and the rest is history. Arlie spent much of her time learning to properly ride and care for horses; it was her favorite thing to do growing up on the farm. When she was old enough, her parents let her enter in barrel racing whenever the local rodeo was going on and she won first place several times.
Likes: - Guns - Sunshine - Swimming - Roller Skates - Horses
Dislikes: - Rain - Snakes - Possums - Dresses - Shellfish (she’s allergic)
Aspirations: Arlie wants to become a Death Scythe but other than that she really hasn’t thought too much about her future.
History: Arlie was born to Shirley and Marshall Davis on July 25th in Fort Worth, Texas. Arlie would prove to be the only daughter born to them. Her older brothers Austin, Bentley, Darren, and Dexter came before her. Her two younger brothers Jack and Colby obviously came later. Being the only girl, her parents spoiled her rotten any chance they got between wrangling her other siblings. Not one to be shoved around, she and her brothers got into scuffles quite a bit, but it was all in good fun and the teasing was never really mean spirited in any way. Her mother owns one of the largest gun shops in Fort Worth and her father runs his own taxidermy business. With two parents working full time, all seven children generally found themselves running around on their grandparents’ farm out in the countryside.
On the farm was where Arlie developed her love of horses, learning to ride like a pro by the time she was thirteen and winning barrel racing competitions by fourteen. Even more encouraged was her love of guns. With nothing but a lot of wide open space in addition to a lot of time to kill, Arlie and her siblings would have contests to see who could shoot the most cans off a post and such. In her spare time when she wasn’t shooting or riding, she was looking up firearms and reading about them obsessively, truly fascinated by them. As she got older, her aim became better and better to the point where she was a better marksman than any of her siblings or either of her parents.
While generally under the watchful eye of her grandmother on the farm, one day Arlie was being watched by her older brothers instead. Her grandfather was a ways off fixing one of the harvesters with a broken blade. He’d let her little brother Jack, then seven, sit on top of it to pretend like he was driving. This would prove to be a very dumb decision. Jack kicked the machine into gear on accident and the broken blade went flying and dug itself into nine year old Arlie’s left side. The blade broke two of her ribs and tore up her insides something awful. Even though she was rushed to the hospital, doctors were skeptical as to whether or not she would make it with how much internal damage there was. For a month and a half it was touch and go, but little Arlie pulled through and healed up well save for a scar on her left side. For a while, Arlie spent time at home recuperating, but eventually it was back to her grandparents as her parents couldn’t afford to take anymore time off of work.
Arlie was eleven when she learned of her Weapon status. It really wasn’t all that shocking considering Darren and Dexter both were Weapons as well, the twins both taking on the form of Uzis. Arlie, however, would prove to be a bit less modern than that. One morning when Austin went to wake his little sister up to get ready for school, he found a scythe tangled up in the blankets rather than a girl. With a bit of practice, Arlie learned from her father, also a Weapon in the form of a submachine gun, how to properly shift into her Weapon form as well as control her partial form. At the time Dexter and Darren were both already attending Shibusen. Arlie was still a bit young, so for the time being she stuck to rodeos and the occasional family beach trip for excitement. Upon turning seventeen, Arlie was shipped off to Shibusen.
Extra Notes: - Sloppy makeouts in the barn, y’all! - Arlie speaks with a thick Southern accent that is very much stereotypical of Texas, and if she gets to talking too fast she becomes damn near impossible to understand - Arlie gets around Death City via roller skates - While she may not seem the type, Arlie kicks ass in the kitchen

Leaving for Shibusen wasn’t nearly as easy as Arlie had originally thought it would be. For one, she’d procrastinated on packing her suitcase until the morning her flight was scheduled to leave Dallas. It also didn’t help that the entire time she was running around half dressed trying to find everything had also been the time her mother decided it would be best to talk at her daughter about how she would have to be more responsible and make sure to take care of herself while she was on her own in Death City. Arlie had tuned her out after a few minutes. She’d needed to focus on packing. Another obstacle had been Darren and Dexter. Her twin brothers already attended Shibusen and were supposedly going to be there to pick her up from the airport and show her where the school and dorms were, but now they weren’t answering their phones and her father was going ballistic.
While Arlie had finally gotten pack and managed to find clothes to wear for her flight, she was still having trouble taming her hair and applying mascara at the same time. She heard her mother yell from the front door for the eighteenth time in ten minutes and she rolled her eyes. This meant she successfully smudged mascara all over her eyelid for the third time. She sighed and hung her head,
“Gosh darn it, not again!”
“Arlie?”
The blonde looked towards the door and saw her little brother Jack peering in at her. Oh boy, not this again. The young teen had been pretty upset about his big sister leaving to go to school so far away. Arlie paused in getting ready to give him a smile,
“What’s wrong Jack? Yer lookin’ bluer than the summer sky.”
Her younger sibling fidgeted before actually venturing forward into his sister’s room,
“Do yah really gotta leave? Nevada’s so far away. What if yah get hurt by one o’ them Kishin sons o’ guns, how’re we gonna know yah need help?”
Arlie walked over and ruffled his hair,
“You worry too much; I’ll send them rapscallions runnin’ for the hills! Dontcha believe in yer big sister? I can do anythang, you know that! I could bench press dad’s truck if I put my mind to it!”
Jack snorted,
“You could not!”
“Oh yes I could so!”
Jack smiled at her and Arlie hugged him,
“Don’t you go worryin’ yer lil’ head over me so much. ‘Sides, you know you can always call me once I get there!”
“Yeah, I guess you’re right. Hurry up, mom’s gonna blow a gasket if yah take any longer getting’ all dolled up!”
“You run along ‘n tell her I’m almost done.”
The small of the two blondes disappeared down the hall and Arlie moved back to check herself in the mirror. She still needed to finish her makeup but she could do that in the car. Her hair was as good as it was going to get. She huffed and grabbed a scrunchy before pulling the unruly locks back into her usual ponytail. She had a plane to catch and a new chapter of her life to start. Arlie wasn’t about to be late for that!
