UMIKIKEN; MASAMI;WITCH
Name: Masami Umikiken
Nickname: Masami-chan, Bunny
Age: 436, looks to be around her late twenties
Gender:Female
Race: Witch
Class: Two
A Magical Body
Picture: CLICKY
Appearance: Masami has long silver hair reaching past her waist, nothing in or special about it, its just silver. Her face is rather heart-shaped, her skin is fair and rather light, her eyes are a light green but also murky when she opens them. That's right, Masami is blind, something that most people seem to forget with her. She is on the rather tall side for a woman, her bust is rather large, making most of her shirts seeming to stretch and bring notice to them. She wears various of clothing, her favorite being an elegant kimono, most of her other clothing though seems to consist of skirts and t-shirts, her feet however are always bare from any socks or shoes.
Masami's overall general appearance is actually rather dirty, she's always somehow covered in a this layer of dirt, and truthfully doesn't seem to care all that much about it. She takes baths daily however so one can't say she never cleans herself. The bottom of her feet are extremely dirty and callused from all the years of walking bare-footed over rocky terrain and other nasty's the ground throws at ones feet, and while she is pretty, there is this...wild look about her, even dressed in a beautiful kimono.
Height: Five foot, seven inches
Weight: one hundred and sixty pounds
Fighting Style: Masami's fighting style relies heavily on her legs, she will barely use her arms unless they are required, as a result when she goes into a fight, the upper half of her body is relaxed, leading it to be very deceptive. In her fighting style its a combination of kicks, with acrobatic skill making it very versatile. Along with this are the usual rolls, ducks, and dodges for the defensive measures, but as it were, she combines her magic with her physical fighting, making them more powerful.
Personality: Masami is not someone who is fluffy and soft and cooes at people, she is rather blunt, rarily smiles, and if she has too, will kill someone without batting an eyelash. She's a rather serious person, and in her eyes, she has to be, their is no leisure when it seems everyone wants to kill you, including your own fellow witches. Masami likes to think that she sees the world in a realistic standpoint, as a result she prefers to be alone, only appearing for the meetings like other witches, but other then that she likes her solitude, sticking to the forest or rocky terrain, her elements in order to stay hidden.
That's not to say that Masami is rude however, she is polite, almost to the point of formal, but it is more of 'politeness was beaten into her' more then anything else. Regardless, she tries to keep conversations short, before continuing on her way. Despite her rather....blank facial features, Masami does show emotions, quite often...to those she knows or to nobody at all, mostly a result of her talking to the plants
Is Masami nice? Well she doesn't exactly have a bleeding heart, but she doesn't have one that's made out of stone either. She can be kind if the situation calls for such a thing, but mostly she will try and not get herself involved in the first place as it isn't 'her business'. She also has very low self esteem of herself, her blindness is something that as much as she wants to ignore, she can't, its a big part of her life, and most are put off by this fact, because of this, she is convinced that she is ugly, combine these two factors, any flattery about her looks is brushed aside as a joke from the speaker.
Killing has never been a big problem for her, she is known to kill a human or two that trespass into her forest and defile it in some way usually with general rudeness, or fire, usually bodies are a problem but no worries she has the perfect way to get rid of them, her own version of...'rabbit stew' if you will.
Sway the Soul
Spells: All of Masami's spells revolve around using the earth as either offensive or defensive purposes, when she uses a spell, she's usually using her arms to command it.
Incantation: Bun, bunny, bun, bunny, rabbit!
Earth eyes: As her eyes don't work
Rock Wall: A simple spell with a pretty self-explanatory name, she raises up a wall from the ground as a defensive move, blocking attacks, she can make it different geometric shapes if she so desires so. It is limited to only standing six feet in height and being about two feet in diameter.
Rabbit hole: Taking on her animal familiar, Masami is very good at digging, she uses the spell mostly as something as an escape route or as a place to hide, even as something to use as a sneak attack from underneath, it can also be used to make traps such as pit falls.
Spire:A spell that uses the principle with the Rock wall, but more for offensive purposes instead. Raising a pillar this time from the ground with a sharp tip, it is used for piercing, she can make about five of these , the full length is the same as the Rock wall.
Earth Armor: Stone leg: Coating the lower half of her main attacking leg with rock's, Masami's attacks will cause more damage—if they should connect. As she is one leg, she has to lift off from the ground and use velocity to help, lifting off into the air blinds her until she connects with the ground once more, and her speed is decreased from the weight of the stones and can make her sloppy
Animal Familiar: Rabbit

History: In the beginning; there was darkness. No really, Masami was born blind, she couldn't see anything, besides her eyes, she was rather healthy. She was born on the date that she was expected at, her mother didn't suffer too long in labour for her, her father---well ok, he fainted in the middle of it all but he was at least there and married to her mother. Being born blind she never got to see the world, only hear tales of it and let her imagination form them within her mind, but also because that she was blind her parents were overly protective about her, not allowing her to do much on her own. For most of her childhood growing up, she was treated like a precious doll, and while she loved her parents, she hated the way they treated her.
Even as a child, she had this obsession with being outside with her feet against the ground, feeling the grass, rocks, whatever. Her introduction into magic was completely accidental, she was angry, mostly at her parents from what she could remember and wanted to lash out at them. The Earth did it for her, by ever so slightly shifting, but since she was so young, there was no damage, but it did come as a scare to the family.
That incident increased her parents protectiveness about her.
It didn't stop her from sneaking out and practising this new skill, her delight over something being under HER control instead of the other way around. Of course, this lead to complications. As she was young and did not have another to teach her or warn her, she was detected eventually by members from Shibusen, who came to their mountain home. The asked about a witch, which of course, her parents denied, the conversation degenerated from there and eventually lead to the burning of her home as she stumbled blindly through the forest, eventually curling up under a large tree's roots as a hiding place.
She curled into a small ball, digging her toes into the soil, cursing her blindness, cursing this fear, but most of all, cursing those of Shibusen for their actions. She wasn't sure how much time passed as she lived in the forest, growing in solitude, she learned to defend herself against others, but mostly hiding, she developed her earth sense spell in an attempt to not be tripping over things. When she was around 160 she met another witch for the first time. This one was older then her and seemed to be more cocky. They fought, and it ended with her being pinned to the ground as this strange girl declared that she liked her. Somehow after that incident, they became friends, don't inquire how, since even Masami has no idea on the details. Either way this witch helped her with developing her magic, teaching her the basics, tricks, and while she is most likely the only friend Masami will ever trust in enough, she is still wary about her. As she hates Shibusen, she doesn't outright try to attack it, as years of loneliness have taught her that survival, is more important then revenge.
Extra Notes:
- Masami hates flying, mostly because if her feet leave the ground she's blind, but also because her first time try she flew straight into a bell.
Behind the strings
Alias: Tsuki
Other characters: Just this one
Face Claim: Chou'un Shiryuu--Ikkitousen
RP Sample: It was quiet. But then again it usually was after all, no one usually travelled so far into this forest unless they had a rather good reason for it, and usually it was for one reason and the same ones that ventured.
A lone woman, sat silently in the centre of a small clearing, her long silver hair draped over her form, her face looking rather peaceful with her eyes closed, as her hand was reached out and gently touching the white petals of a nearby flower. The white kimono that she was wearing was spread open, displaying quite the amount of cleavage before closing again thanks to the red obi, but flared open once more at her knees, allowing it to spread around her form. Her fingers gently played with the petals, her lips forming a soft smile.
After a minute, she pulled her hand back and into her lap, “You are annoying...” She declared suddenly, and laughter echoed behind her, “Such a mean little bunny.” The other teased, amusement echoing throughout her tone, causing her eyebrows to twitch at that. She didn't really like being laughed at, she felt, as she always has, the other female, gracefully walk over to a nearby rock and jump up to sit upon it. “Seems like you have company.” The other commented, making Masami feel like rolling her eyes.
She just wanted to be left alone, that all. Why did that seem to be such a impossible request.? Because she was a witch? Selfish reasons for stupid children, but mostly she blamed the master of Shibusen for it, the sadistic bastard who encouraged it. She clenched her hand into a fist, one day...
She briefly tilted her head in the other witch's direction, as laid back as she was, she was the only one that seemed to care about...about her. Why else would she visit her? Masami released sigh, before turning sharply, “Why are you in my forest.”
It wasn't a question, it was a demand.
