It was morning and the day was still young. Klaus had been up for a few hours already. He was not one to sleep in. In fact, he could not even if he tried. He always seemed to get up at the same time without the need of an alarm. He started his day off with a light morning jog to burn off the glucose from the day before and to kick his metabolism into full gear. After that, he ate a breakfast consisting of a six egg cheese omelette, a cup of Greek yogurt, and a glass of milk. After doing the normal hygienic practices, he changed into his normal clothes for the day: a pair of jeans, a black shirt with a white zip hoodie with blue patterns over it and a pair of Timberland work boots.
He was expecting the rest of the stuff he had back in his native Sweden to arrive today. He would be living in the US for quite a long while, so it made sense (at least to him) to import most of his things. A text on his phone let him know that the delivery truck with his things had just arrived. Leaving his apartment again, he descended the myriad of stairs to the ground floor and exited through the front door to meet the delivery truck. The driver stepped out of the truck and turned to meet him while his partner lifted the door to retrieve the boxes from the back of truck. The driver looked up and down the height of the large Swedish boy and gulped before handing him the clipboard to sign that said he received the packages. "Here," he said as he pointed at the circled line. "Sign here." Klaus silently nodded and signed for his package as the driver's partner piled the boxes on the lift and lowered it down.
"Thank you..." he said quietly. Klaus had been in Death City for only a few days and had already settled in for the most part. The pile of boxes in front of him were the last things he needed. He stacked the boxes up from largest to smallest, stopping so he could still see while carrying them. With one arm, he lifted the stack up while tucking some more under his other arm. Balancing it, he left the other boxes outside as he entered the building. He took the elevator all the way to the top, put down the boxes in the living room, and went back down to retrieve the others.

Another day, another walk through town with his youngest sister Giuliana. Why his sister couldn’t walk to her friend’s house and back without an escort was beyond him but his mother had insisted. So there Dante was, meandering along the sidewalk while his sister clung to his left arm. The blonde sighed and glanced at his younger sibling,
“Y’know, you won’t be dragged into an alleyway by a Kishin Egg if you let go of my arm.”
“You don’t know that!”
“I can’t feel my hand anymore, Liana!”
Giuliana scowled, but loosened the vice-like grip she had on her brother anyway. Dante rolled his eyes and kept walking. If he was lucky his sister would find a partner soon and then they could play bodyguard for her instead. It wasn’t that he didn’t love his sisters. He just would rather not babysit them all day every day for the whole week. Sure, he got a break once his parents returned home from work, and sometimes his aunts would stop by and entertain them with girl talk and such, but still. The constant cooking for them after school, then the homework help, and then the whining about teachers and boys and crap made Dante want to bang his head against the wall at times. But he was the oldest, and he was determined to be an awesome older brother. He supposed he’d just have to put up with it for a few more years, or at least until Felicia learned to drive.
At last the two reached the apartment complex Giuliana’s friend lived in. Dante gave his youngest sister a gentle nudge forward,
“Here we are, off you go. I’ll be back at seven to take you home unless dad wants to swing by and get you on his way home.”
“I’ll text you. Thanks Danny!”
“No problem. Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do!”
Dante stood on the curb to make sure she got into the building okay before turning and heading home. His neighborhood wasn’t all that far, plus he liked to walk. It was a nice day, the sun was shining, and it as the weekend. What to do next was the question. A rather substantial pile of boxes made Dante stop walking and raise an eyebrow,
“Che nel mondo?”
Standing on his toes, Dante peered over to see Klaus, the giant he’d met at the grocery store a while back. Smiling, the blonde jogged around the boxes and waved,
“Hey Klaus, how’s it going?”

It was probably a best not to decide to talk to her. Not that some people would because of two things or maybe three. One, the way she choose to dress. Two, her piercings other than the standard ear one. Then there was the third reason, she was dancing and singing like a crazy person.
It didn't matter what country she was in. No one ever talked to a crazy person especially if they were talking to themselves. The black haired girl had a reason for singing and dancing like that though and this was a lot more obvious when one took a closer look. There was a set of earbuds in her ears and that connected to the iPod that was not in her pocket. That would make for an awkward conversation if someone asked her why there was a head phone cord leading into her cleavage.
Natsuki didn't seem to care at all though because she just continued on singing and dancing to whatever was playing in her ears. She liked a variety of music from eastern to western music and had quite a collection on it. She was currently listening to a western artist to inspire her for now living in the US and couldn't help but smile as she sang along. Of course she loved to sing and her siblings said she had a knack for it so why not. If someone had a problem with it then they could just tell her to stop but then again she probably wouldn't listen or be able to hear them.
The Japanese female was finally nearing her destination though so she would settle it down for now. She didn't want to freak the person she had met at the airport out too much because she was jumping around like a maniac. She slowed her pace of walking to a stop when she came upon that very person who was standing outside and another boy who she did not recognize but he seemed to know Klaus. She pulled her iPod out from where she had been keeping it to turn it off so she could talk to them properly. Besides she needed to ask Klaus something anyway so it was smarter to turn it off now rather than later.
"Klaus~~!" Nat said with grin on her face and a small wave; keeping herself chill. "Oh~ And who might you be~~~?" She continued turning her attention towards Dante as she started to mess with her lip piercing.

With more than half of the boxes that were delivered dumped in his apartment for unpacking later, Klaus only had to retrieve the rest. His drum kit, guitars, and the rest of his musical equipment were all that were left. Those were the biggest and heaviest boxes, though not for him. He could have easily tossed them into his apartment from where he stood on the ground, but that would involve having to pay for a new window and replacing whatever else he would most likely have broken in doing so.
As he was about to pick up the rest of the boxes, a familiar face belonging to a blonde buddy appeared popped out from behind them. "Hey Klaus, how’s it going?" his blond buddy, Dante greeted.
Klaus smiled and waved to the first friend he made since moving into Death City, "H-hey, Dante. I'm okay. Just m-moving the r-rest of my t-things into my place. Just m-music stuff. H-how about y-you?" He started to pick up the rest of the boxes tucking a few under one arm and shouldering the rest. Before he could head back into the apartment building, a second familiar voice called out to him, this one belonging to his crazy, off-the-walls Japanese friend. Seemed like everybody was from a different country to him. The other people from that market place fiasco were as well. He wondered if Fratello and Dante lived nearby each other back in Italy.
"Klaus~~!" she called out happily before turning her attention to his blonde buddy.
"H-hi, Nat." Klaus smiled. "W-what brings y-you here?" He turned back to the apartment and then looked back at the other two. "I n-need to move these boxes and s-start unpacking. Y-you guys c-can come a-along if you w-want." Though he was always used to doing things himself, it never hurt to have company with him. [/blockquote]

Dante shrugged his shoulders,
“Eh, I’m not up to much. I just dropped my youngest sister off at her friend's place. My mom’s got herself convinced that there’s something bad waiting to snatch up her daughters around every corner, hence why I’m the bodyguard until she finds a partner.”
Leaning up against a lamp post, Dante watched the Swede pick up the remaining boxes and shook his head a bit in dismay. It was hard to forget just how strong Klaus was, but still. Dante doubted that he would ever be that powerful. Sure, he could run himself up a wall matrix style, but he wasn’t about to go around bench pressing trucks or whatever the hell his blonde buddy did in his spare time. Dante contemplated for a moment whether to return home or hang around a bit. It wasn’t like he had chores or anything. Sure, he’d get a frantic call form his mother in about ten minute asking where he only son was, but he could handle that. Turning his attention back to Klaus he quirked an eyebrow,
“You sure you don’t need any help with those boxes?”
At this point, though, Dante got distracted. Spying a rather animated figure not far off, he turned his head to see who or what exactly it was. An Asian girl was walking, no wait, dancing towards them. Dante snickered a bit at the sight. As she greeted Klaus, she also inquired as to who he was. Well, this would be interesting. Ever the charmer, particularly where pretty girls were involved, Dante couldn’t just stand by and say something boring. Oh no, time to turn on his inner Romeo. Giving her his most dashing smile, Dante stopped leaning against the lamp post and waltzed over to the young lady, bowing theatrically when he reached her,
“La mia bella principessa, my name is Dante Giovanni. Might I know your name?”
And that was all he had. God help him if this girl actually flirted right back at him lest disaster strike. Dante was only good at talking to girls who blushed and became flustered at the thought of being hit on by someone. The Italian himself really had no idea what to do in the event a girl should actually turn the tables and flirt with him.

Natsuki stopped messing with her lip piercing so it would chill itself as she talked to her airport buddy and this friend of his. She had only gotten the piercing a week or so before actually coming to Nevada so it was still protesting against her already bad habit of fiddling with it. She didn't seem to care about whether or not it would become a bad habit as she would have continued messing with it had it not started to scream at her. She didn't want to cause it to get infected if she pestered it further so she decided to be less stubborn about it and leave it alone. If she was back at home her big brother probably would have scolded her for messing with and try to scare her by saying her lip would fall off; too bad she wasn't a kid anymore even then that wouldn't have scared her.
The Japanese girl looked back at Klaus when she heard him say hi to her in response to her own greeting and then ask her what had brought her this way. She was actually there to ask him about that time when they met in the airport as she had been looking for something and had yet to find it. She was going to ask to him if he remembers if she dropped it at baggage claims or maybe if it got mixed up with his things. She may have been born into a somewhat ninja family but she was actually rather clumsy so she had tripped while in the airport. Klaus had been nice enough to help her up but it must have been at that time that she had dropped the thing in question.
"I am on a quest, Klaus! A quest to ask you something very important!!" Natsuki said dramatically as she answered his question. "I mean LIVES could serious be AT RISK HERE!" Was she serious? Probably not but her face wasn't really showing this except for a twitch of a smile otherwise complete poker face.
Nat nor the other boy didn't really seem to have much of his attention though as he seemed distracted. She had listened to the other boy respond to Klaus before she had but then she had arrived. She heard the blonde giant say that he really needed to get the boxes he was carrying and start unpacking. So he was going to be living in an apartment all by himself. LUCKY! Her parents had her dumped into the dorms with fifty bazillion other people.
He said that they could follow along if they wanted and she nearly hopped into motion. She came to a halt though when she noticed that the other blonde boy had approached her and bowed in front of her as he said something she didn't understand then moved onto English. Oh! Was he flirting with her?! THAT WAS FREAKING AWESOME! She loved it when guys flirted with her especially when they were freaking hot too and guess what he totally was!
"Hm~ Your hot~ I dunno what you said at first but you are very hot indeed, Dante~" A grinned formed on her face as she started talking to him. "I'm Natsuki Yoshida! But please call me Nat~!" Dante had it in for him. Seriously. She had her eyes on him and she most definitely wasn't gonna let him go easily.

"N-no thanks. I got it," Klaus smiled back to his Italian friend. Despite how high the boxes were stacked, Klaus was a very, very stable person in mind and in body. It surely didn't look that way, but he was more than capable of making it all the way back up to his floor via the stairs, and not have the boxes fall off his shoulder at all. Though oddly enough, given the massive amount of physical conditioning in both muscular strength and endurance, Klaus envied Dante a little. While he was much smaller than him, he had a ton and a half more agility than him. Dante could very well do matrix flips off of walls. Klaus wouldn't be able to accomplish something like that in a million years. He certainly could try to his heart's content, but more often than not, he would most likely just bring said theoretical wall crashing down. But in all actuality, Klaus was fine with the way he was currently, and there was nothing in the world that could change hat.
Klaus let out a weak chuckle when Natsuki told him about a quest to ask him something very important. Something about peoples' lives being at stake. Having limited knowledge about her clumsiness, Klaus jokingly thought to himself that she was probably going to bring down shelves of stuff on the heads of poor, unsuspecting people. "W-wha?" he asked, a little taken back by her sudden proposition of aforementioned quest. "W-what is it?" A small sweat bead rolled down the back of his head. A little worried by the girl's not so very convincing poker face.
The appearance of Natsuki had brought about a predictable change in Dante's behavior. Tempted with the prospect of a female paramour, Klaus observed his Italian friend work his moves on her. The Swedish giant had seen in quite a few movies such people being hopeless romantics, perhaps a stereotype of the Italian people as a whole...or just Italian guys in general. Things got extremely awkward when Nat flirted back. Feeling very much uncomfortable, Klaus quietly backed away all quite-like and started for the door back into the apartment building with a very slight blush on his face. The two were more than welcome to follow after him and perhaps help him unpack if they offered. With or without help, it would take him a few hours to unpack and arrange everything and settle down fully into his apartment. He was lucky that it was supposed to be a recovery day for him from his typically stringent conditioning routine, otherwise the thought of straying from the schedule he had put together for himself would have wracked his brains.
