In the beginning, there was a witch. Well, in truth its hardly from the beginning and there were far more witches than just one, but for now, the story will focus on one, exceptionally powerful witch. Her name was Tombstone D. An extremely powerful Jackdaw witch with the power of Necromancy. This witch was easily a three-star and was exceptionally talented at making deals to amass an army under herself of powerful witches and Kishin. The most powerful of the kishin was Bart, however, the kishin eggs are of no importance for this story. Among the many travels of Tombstone, she encountered a small witch, a blue jay witch with the power to control the very air. However powerful that was, it wasn't the greatest feature about her. The girl, having such a considerable and charming (for a witch) personality, was in control of the ability to supplant subliminal messages, and thus control them. A deal was struck up with this Annie Laveau in order to gather more witches to her cause. Annie's travels included India to collect the Augmentation Tiger Witch, Kali Bengali who Annie would call mother, and Africa to collect the Insanity Hyena witch, Zuri Kidawa. Both were brought before Tombstone and given deals in exchange for services. Kali and Zuri formed a close bond themselves, as well as with Annie, so it was no surprise that when Tombstone and her other followers disappeared, that they did not wish to lose that bond by returning to their homes. Instead, within the hidden jungles of India, they formed an alliance. But that was not the end of it, for Annie brought a third witch to them. A wolf witch, know as Cassandra Witt, who's power was explosions (something Annie adored very much), and the three of them formed the Witch Triumvirate. Each very powerful in their own right and exceptionally deadly. Their power together is nearly unrivaled for when they fight, they do so with such lethal accuracy, they leave none alive in their wake. They continue to seek followers, as Tombstone did, in order to establish themselves as a main power within this world.

OOC: As with the Deadly Sins, these are the most powerful witches on the site at this time. They set the standards for power of witches and it is very VERY rare that any other OC witch will be accepted with a greater power than theirs unless correlating with the plot. The Triumvirate is strangely nicer than most witches but will not tolerate a betrayal and should you ally with them, it's an alliance for life. Now, it IS possible to gain a power higher than theirs through working and upgrades and spells, but should you turn on them, you wouldn't be facing one of the witches, but all three.
Remember that. Just like with the Deadly Sins, this is NOT a mandatory plot you have to be involved in, it's just something to give witches a more versatile range in roleplay. You can have your witch ally with them or oppose them or just ignore them completely. Annie is the sort of fetch 'em character of the witches and always has been so it'd probably be best to go through her in a RP, though you may contact any of them. Remember, Annie is a verycaring and loving girl spoiled, obnoxious brat. So, hopefully your witch will be able to make friends with her (and be powerful enough) in order for her to bring them to the Triumvirate.
