Appearance: Victoria appears rather short and all the bulky clothing that she wears doesn’t help her look any taller. Underneath her many layers clothing Tori has a rather curvy body, while she might not have a big chest she does on the other hand have very big hips. She has brown hair and purple eyes, though sometime you can’t see her eyes because she is wearing goggles. Her hair is cut short in the back so that it doesn’t get in the way when she is working on something, but she does keep her bangs long and she curls them every day. Over all she likes to keep her body well covered and because of that her skin tone can get very pail. Most of the time the only part of her skin that is shown in her face right hand and most of her left hand. She wouldn’t never admit it to anyone but Tori is a very self-conscious girl. Her mother is a very short and plump woman and Tori believes that she takes after her mother in that way. But really the only thing she got from her mother was her high and her hips and nothing else. She will always try her best to keep everything covered up in hopes that no one knows what her body type looks like.

Clothing
There is just one word that best describes Victoria’s clothing: Steampunk. She loves the look and all of her clothing is made by her mother. You will never see her without a glove on her left hand, because she is left handed, goggles on her head, or a top hat. She is covered in clothing all the time with frilly shirts and puffy skirt, to jackets with hidden pockets. She likes her clothing to be dark colors like browns and blacks and dark greens but she will also wear white. This is the type of girl you will never find in pinks or bright yellows. All of her clothing is dark because of the dirt that gets on it from her work on watches and other inventions. She will also wear flat shoes, to boots, to shoes with a slight heal on them to give this short girl some height. She also has a special outfit for missions. You will only see her dressed like this when she is on a mission. This clothing was handmade just for mission so it is durable and comfortable. The jackets has at a lot of hidden pockets on the inside for her to holds random things her and Melody might need for the mission. She also has pouches on her belts to hold items as well, you can never to be prepared.

Fighting Style: Victoria’s like to fight close up and right in her enemies face, this is mostly because Melody is a frying pan. She used a lot of powers behind her swings when it comes to wielding the light weapon. Tori is a little well known in her house hold for having a strong punch. She can be a scrappy fighter when not with her weapon and will use whatever is around her to help her out like throwing dirty into her appoints eyes. She won’t play fair if she has to in a fight, this mostly happens with Kishin and not with other students. She is more known for using her fists rather than kicking in a fight, mostly because her outfit won’t let her bring her leg up high. She is good at ducking and rolling in a fight but has a hard time when it just comes to dogging and you will never see her doing flips. She likes to use her height to help her out when it does come to ducking seeing as she doesn’t has far to go when she need to hit the ground. If someone comes at Tori she will also use her short body to move so that the will trip or roll off her. This is a girl likes to stay on the ground and close to the fight.

Personality: Victoria is a very bossy girl, and she is good at being bossy. She has no problem with taking control of a situation and leading it. She is also a very charismatic girl so it helps when she is telling someone what to do. She does not like be bossed around herself and if someone tries they will just get yelled at or stared at like they are some kind of idiot. Tori has a strong personality and is a very dominant and leader type of girl. Taking charge of something come to her like second nature now because of weapon. She is a head strong and stubborn girl and most of the time this makes her unappealing to other people. She can also be snarky to people that she doesn’t like or people that rub her the wrong way.

Once, and if, you get past her bossy exterior deep down. . . She is still bossy. She is, however, a very caring girl. She will do anything for her best friend Punz all though she will bitch and complain about it and it is the same way for her friends. She is the type of girl that if you need something in the middle of the night or need a ride home or something like that she will do it for you. She will yell at you, oh yes she will be pissed, but she would never leave a friend or family member hanging. When she is not bossing people around she is a rather funny girl that likes to tell jokes and hang out with her friends. She really does love to be in the company of others and likes to be in big groups so long as there are no stupid people around because she will just yell at them.

When it come to Tori's weapon she will become very protective over the person. When she gets really close to a person and considers them a friends she will go out of her way to make sure that they are safe. It may have to do with something that happened in her past with her childhood friend. She hurt the girl pretty bad by making fun of her and Tori has never really forgiven herself about it. Tori can and will still be bossy to even her close friends and her weapon, somethings just never really changed.

Inside the Soul

Abilities: Soul purge: Victoria will used her own soul wavelength in increase the powers of her punches. If she does use this more than once in a fight she will start to become fatigued and the more fatigued she gets the harder it is to use her weapon.

Tik-Tok: This ability let her charge her soul purge to make it a strong hit. As of right not it is very basic and she can only charge it for 3 seconds to give a strong punch. She can only really use this one or twice in a fight, it's very exhausting charging your soul up like that.

Soul Slap: This power uses Tori's stubborn and strong willed soul to help brake people out of a madness wave length. However since this is a new power that she has never used before it will not brake people full out of the madness yet. Rather it will help for a few seconds the person regain their thoughts, but only for a few seconds. It is then up to that person to get control of their self the rest of the way. As of now the slap is only meant to help a person briefly get their minds under control.

As of right now when Tori uses this power it will cause the girl to use more on her energy, madness is a powerful thing even when you are just combating a bit of it. She wont be able to use her soul purge right after she uses this power. Tori will have to wait until her energy increases before she can use her normal soul purge.

History: Victoria was born in the city of London England. From a very young age she was introduced to watches and the means of making and fixing them. Her father was a watch maker and the best in the city. It didn’t take long for Tori to pick up on the trait her father passes to her. In no time at all she could take apart and put back together a watch at the age of 6. Tori fell in love with the work her father did and couldn’t wait to work in the family shop. She would do little thing for him around the shop at an early age like cleaning up, polishing the watches, and putting things away for him. There was never a dull moment in her mind when she was there always something to do.

Her mother on the other hand was a famous opera singer in London and she thought Tori how to sing. Tori picked up on playing the violin from her as well. She can spend hours playing her violin. Victoria loved to go and see the operas her mother was in and loved the outfits that they wore. Over time Tori picked up on the look of steampunk. Her mother, being the lovely woman that she is, made all of her clothing for her and still does.

Victoria comes from a long line of meister on her mother side and just like her mother became a meistes. Tori also found out at an early age that she as soul purge. There was a girl that always came every summer with her mother. Melody was her name and her mother and Tori’s mother were both friends and they would visit for the whole summer. For the longest time Tori really didn’t like the shy girl with the long golden locks and started to tease her and call her Rapunzel. Then one day the poor girl had quite enough of the mocking and cut off her long beautiful hair. This truly upset Tori because secretly she loved that hair and some boys thought it would be funny to make fun of Punz’s new look. Tori hated how they mocked her, like how she mocked her, and at the very moment made up her mind on how she was going to make it up to the girl. Tori got into a fight with the boys and beat them up. It was in this fight that she learned she had soul purge and she used it on both of them. From that day on Tori and Punz became the best of friends and where never seen without each other during the summer.

The day finely came when Tori turned 16 that her and her family moved. Both her mother and father made up their mind that they were going to send their only child to Shibusen and move their shop to there. Tori’s mother retired form singing opera and their father closed the shop. They had bought an old click tower in Death city and planned to move their home and watch shop there. At first Tori was opposed to this idea she hated the thought of leaving her home but when her mother told her that Melody would be at the school she couldn’t wait to get on the plane. So now that is where the only child on the watch maker and opera singer lives, in the room where the face of the clock was is where she made her new room.

Extra Notes: Tori is left handed. Tori has never had a sloppy make out or a kiss for that matter.

RP Sample: It was just another slow day in watch shop. Tori’s mother and father had left go to shopping and her father left her in charge of the shop. It was one of the things she really liked to do. She loved to see what type of watched people would bring in for her to fix but today was slow. She had a few students from the school come down and take a look around the shop but didn’t buy anything. People now of day just used their cell phone to look at the time, no one really understood the beauty of a really handmade watch.

Tori had become so bored that she began to take the left over bits of some watches and started to make a little object out of them. She pulled the goggles down over her head the moment she started to work, welding and suturing can hurt the eyes if you don’t wear protection. The little tinkerer worked on and on as a few hours passed. She knew her parents would be gone for the whole day. Finely she was done and Tori help up what she was working on.

It was a windup toy in the shape of a butterfly. She twisted the key on it and when she let it go he began to flap its wing. Tori smiled to herself as she watched the little butterfly top flaps its bronze wings. She places it back down on the table and goes into the back room to get some paint. Normally her and her father do not paint the watched but this wasn’t a watch this was a gift. Victorian knew her best friend was going to come to this school but she didn’t know when she would be here. It had been a few months now and Tori has not seen the wonderful golden locks of her friend but then again her family did move her over the summer. She went back over to the table and began to paint the butterfly humming to herself. ”Oh I hope she likes this. Punz I miss you so much.” She gave a little sniff looking down at the gift she was making.

Tori thought of Punz like a sister and it was breaking her heart to know that this past summer was the first summer that had spent apart. Tori has to wipe a few more tears away, she couldn’t let her tear mess up her painting. Finely after a few minutes she was done and set the gift off to the side to let it dry. She had painted the butterfly to look like a morpho butterfly. She knew most everything Punz had was pink or purple but this would stick out in her room. Tori propped her elbows up on the counter and leaned on her hands looking at the door. What she would give to just have her best friend walk through that door right now.
