Hunter; Talitha; Weapon
Name: Talitha Hunter
Nickname: Tally, Panda
Age: 14
Gender: female
Race: Weapon
Position: Student
Class: One Star
Partner: n/a
A Strong Body
Appearance: Tally doesn't appear very threatening and most people overlook her and underestimate her when it comes to a fight. She has a very small, lithe build, only standing at 4'9". This makes it exceptionally good for her to weave through big crowds, but also makes it possible for her to be crushed in them. An added bonus for her height is that she is very good at stealth, fitting in places most people are unable to go. She has a very perky stance; straight back, bouncing on her toes. Her arms are either straight at her sides with the wrists flexed, or her hands are just below her chin in loose fists, mimicking paws. She has chin length, dark blue hair, which is rather messy after being under a thick hood every day. She has slightly pale skin, and large, hazel eyes.
Tally wears a red panda hoodie everyday, complete with the sewn on ears and tail. The solid black sleeves are too long on her so just her fingers are visible. There is a heart motif on the back of her hoodie. While the hoodie is constant, what she wears with it varies. It's usually a pair of black, baggy shorts or pants. Under the hoodie is either a blue and paw print-patterned, or pink and butterfly-patterned tee shirt. She wears a blue, heart-shaped necklace under her shirt, and white running shoes with pink accents. She usually dresses in comfy clothes that she wouldn't care about getting dirty. The red panda hoodie is a must. Usually, she wears the hood up, but when she is in her soul space in Weapon form, her hood is down, revealing her messy blue locks.
Height: 4' 9"
Weight: 103 lbs
Fighting Style: Tally doesn't like to fight without her Meister, as she doesn't see herself as strong in combat alone. If conflict arises and she is Meister-less, she mainly focuses on evading and avoiding, using her slippery speed to get away. She can throw a few punches and a couple kicks, but with her height she'll get overtaken too quickly. Therefore, she likes to stay with her partner as much as possible.
Personality: Although Tally is 14, she acts like an 8 year old to try to preserve the innocence she believes the world still has. She is greatly troubled by how society is running itself and how more people are craving power by becoming kishin eggs, but she keeps hope that innocence and purity still remains in the broken world. She has a huge big brother complex, seeing whoever she puts in this role as a knight in shining armor. She goes to him for protection and comfort and of course piggy backs. There's little she loves more than the feeling she gets when she rides around on his back. She feels safe, secure, and on top of the world. She believes nothing can hurt her as long as she has Big Brother with her. Therefore, she is willing to protect him as much as he protects her, even willing to die for him. This is extreme, even for a Weapon. She doesn't question them, and is completely loyal.
She is very optimistic, and tries to look for the best in situations. She tries to see all sides of an argument between people and tries to be fair. In battles against kishin, she tends to age a little, losing her innocence and naivety. However, her young likeness is kept through her childish laughter and taunts towards her enemies. When she gets stressed or afraid, her mood will change drastically. This usually happens during extreme situations, such as someone close to her getting hurt or if she had to make a huge decision, or if she encounters her fears of the dark and lightning. When this happens, many symptoms appear such as anxiety, insomnia, stuttering, and crying. She will act even more clingy towards Big Brother, never letting go of his hand or shirt.
Her interactions with others are very positive, with a selfless, loving heart that always looks for the innocence. She is unfazed by a different appearance or attribute, instead she is all the more intrigued by them. She cares deeply for her friends, but no one can match the love and loyalty she feels towards Big Brother. All in all, she is a very positive person who looks for the good in others. She is pretty okay with people who don't seem to like her, thinking it's just their problem or she can't please everybody. However, if anyone insults or hurts her brother, she will forever hold a grudge against them.
Inside the Soul
Weapon form: chakram
Tally can transform into a chakram in a flash of orange. This ebony black, metallic ring is about 30" in diameter and an inch in thickness. It has a leathery grip along the center for the Meister to hold. Around the perimeter of the disk, are four large spikes. Each spike is 45" long and 15" wide. Between the spikes at even intervals are four circles, each 10" in diameter, with smaller, silver circles on them as a design. The ring itself has curving, silver designs.
Partial Form: Where her right elbow should be becomes one of the circles, enlarged to 15", restricting mobility to the rest of her arm. Extending from the circle is one of the large spikes. The width of the blade is 20", while the length is 1'.
Abilities: When thrown, she will always return to her Meister if her path is not interrupted.

Aspirations: It is Tally's goal to be a powerful Weapon just like her mom, and hopes to be wielded by an equally powerful Meister like her dad. She also wants to change the world, bringing innocence and hope into a more prominent role and removing corrupt rulers and kishin.
History: Tally is from the lively, bustling village of Tophino, Vancouver Island, BC in Canada. She is the only child born to loving, sentimental parents. When Tally was born, her parents were pleased that it was the little girl that they had hoped and dreamed for. They decided not to have any more children because she was all they needed to make their family complete. They gave her everything she wanted, including her valued red panda hoodie. From an early age, she adored the red panda, finding them just too cute for words just like her. She took to climbing trees, and pretty much anything else, to feel closer to her furry favourites. Every day, Tally would climb the great oak in their backyard and colour from the top branches. She always dreamed of having an older brother, doodling pictures of her and her imaginary brother on the backs of colouring sheets.
Instead of growing into the rebellious stage every 10 year old goes through, Tally decided to act as young as she could. She noticed how young children had an innocence that looked past differences to just purely love others. She wanted to reflect that. She grew to believe with a passion that no matter how messed up or corrupt society got, there was still hope in the world. This hope could change things for the better. Her favourite quote is "be the change you want to see in the world". Taking this quite literally, she developed her demeanor to show the world's innocence, and maybe just change it herself. This gave her certain tendencies such as colouring, talking to her toys, and calling her parents 'mommy' and 'daddy'.
When she was 13, Tally discovered her Weapon blood while playing in the park with the neighbourhood children. The children were playing a game of soccer and Tally kept to the sidelines, worried she would get hit with the ball, or run over by the larger boys. One of the children kicked the ball, but her foot slipped and the aim went askew. The ball whizzed towards Tally's head, and she threw her arms up to defend herself, squeezing her eyes shut. She heard a metallic noise and felt the ball hitting her right arm. She heard gasps and murmurs, and opened her eyes to discover her arm had transformed into a large blade, her elbow now gone as a circle replaced it. The ball lay in deflated halves on either side of her. She screamed, waving her arm around, not knowing how to get her human hand back. It was then that her mother scooped her crying, partially weaponized daughter up and ran her home.
Her mother explained to her what had happened, who Tally was, and what her calling was meant to be. She also instructed her on how to release the partial transformation. With great grief and tears, her mother and father told Tally that she had to grow up now. This greatly confused her. For the 13 years of her short life, she was treated like a child, and now they expected her to grow up? She didn't question her parents however, merely listened. Her mother was a well-respected Demon Lyre, her father a powerful Meister. When they went away on "mommy daddy business trips", they were actually going away to fight kishin eggs. The reason they didn't tell her about the kishen or Shibusen, where they attended school, was another ploy to protect her innocence. They wanted to protect her from the horrors of fighting evil for as long as they could, as they knew many of the Meisters and Weapons who had died on missions. They were afraid that fighting would harden her sweet heart. As soon as she went through a partial transformation, they knew that they couldn't protect her from home any longer. She had to go to Shibusen to learn how to control her abilities and to prevent her from becoming a kishin herself. Tally promised them that she would be a good girl and listen to her parents, helping herself and her Meister become as powerful as they could be.
Extra notes: Along with being afraid of lightning and the dark, she is also not a good swimmer.

RP Sample: The rough bark pressed into the back of Tally's thick hoodie as her chin tilted up to stare into the crisp, midday sky. She let out a happy sigh, lacing her fingers behind her head, brushing the soft fabric of the hood with her palms. Her legs were propped against a thick branch, a thin book set open on her knees. She heard the neighbour's dog barking below her and a bird chirping in a nearby tree. The wind rustled the leaves around her and she smiled. She extended her small hand towards the faraway sky, feeling the, sunlight against her skin, dappled through the canopy.
"Can you believe it, Marcy? In just two weeks, we're going to Shibusen. We're gonna learn how to fight just like Mommy and Daddy. Maybe we'll even meet Big Brother." She said to her best friend, who was resting in the crook of a branch. Marcy gave her a smile.
"It shall be quite grand," she agreed in her chipper, British tongue.
"I wonder how many people we'll meet! So many new friends!" Tally clapped her hands together, grinning ecstatically. She quickly glanced over to Marcy. "But don'tya worry, Marce. No one can replace you."
"I should hope not." The Brit responded. Tally looked at the book in her lap, digging around in the pocket of her red panda hoodie until she found a black marker. Uncapping the lid, she drew the mask of Shinigami on one of the colouring pages, turning a princess into the death god.
"Talitha, sweetie!" She heard her mother calling from the front porch in her usual chiding tone. "Get down from there! You'll get hurt! Besides, it's time for lunch!" Tally closed her book and rolled it up, slipping it into the hoodie pocket with the marker.
"Coming, Mommy!" Tally reached across the branch, grabbing Marcy's hand. Her friend instantly transformed from the proper, English girl from Tally's imagination into a stuffed rabbit. The stitched face smiled at her, giving the world a reminder that its voice came from its owner, and it was merely a beloved children's toy.
Stuffing her friend into the much-used pocket, Tally began shimmying down the trunk, swinging and re-grabbing branches like a gymnast. She turned and hurried to the house, eager for her grilled cheese sandwich lunch. "Mommy, I'm gonna be a Weapon for Shibusen. Trees can't hurt me!" She paused before striking a dramatic, fight pose. "Unless it's a kishin egg that's disguised as a tree!"
"Of course, darling," her mother gave her a loving smile, patting her between the fabric ears on her hood. "Now go wash up. Your lunch is getting cold."
