Appearance:
Chloe is very prim and proper in her appearence, especially compared to other people her age. She has two white pigtails that come from the side of her head, which fall in between her shoulder and elbow. Her body may look slim on the outside, but she is really pretty strong. She has a decent body with purple eyes on her face. She has a visible scar on her hand from where she was cut bad.

Chloe wears a long black and purple outfit, consisting mostly of her jacket. Under her jacket is white stockings, long brown boots, and a tan undershirt. Gold strong ties the jacket together and are held at the end of the sleeves. The jacket has a gold and black collar with a hood very similar to the rest of it. On the back of her right hand she has a purple tattoo of the above insignia.
