(The rules here are a bit different than normal so let me explain. The posting order doesn’t matter. Post in whatever order you want as long as it is only one post between mine. So as an example[admin-p1-p2-p3-admin-p3-p1-p2] Aside from that there is a time limit. I will post every two weeks and if you have not posted you will be skipped. If this keeps up you may be penalized. If everyone post before two weeks I may post earlier but the limit remains. Alright we got that? Good. Now then, this is a plot thread/mission and there will be rewards at the end to those who remain active through the thread. Good luck~) ----------------------------------- It was an average day for the residents of Death City, Nevada. The laughing sun shone overhead and the weather was the common mid-seventies with just a hint of a gentle breeze. Throughout the city a loud donging could be heard as the clock struck noon. Classes would be letting out and others would be starting up momentarily. Before the students started to fill the grounds there was an odd emptiness in the air. The sounds of the city being the only noise in the air. Unbeknownst to the inhabitants of Death City things were about to take an odd turn. Flying through the sky was a dark speck against the clear blue and it was rapidly approaching the city. Silent and nearly undetectable it flew straight toward the school in a path of wingless sigh, a tail like object flapping behind it. Once it was close enough it began to fly circles around the city in a slow descending spiral. Without making a sound it made its way down before landing gracefully in the school grounds. The speck was not that at all up close. It was a cloaked figure with what looked like pitch black skin and glowing white eyes. The cloak itself was a deep purple resembling black with glowing accents of crimson red. Along with the cloak was a scarf that matched the cloak in coloration. The oddest feature though was probably that it had no feet but talons instead. Not speaking the figure only looked around before slowly taking a step toward the school. Clearly out of place even for the oddness of Death City whatever it planned on doing was not easily grasped. It continued to slowly walk forward, its talon feet clicking against the stone. Victoria sat in her class staring out the window bouncing her leg up and down. It had been a normal day at the school and they only thing that the steampunk meister had on her mind at the moment was getting out of this class and getting some lunch. She glanced down at the watch on her right wrist to check the time. It was almost noon and in just a few seconds she would be able to leave this boring class and get some food in her empty stomach. She watch the second hand tick away and when it hit noon she hear the clock town outside the school chime. The teach dismissed the class for the day and Tori picked up her messenger bag and swung it around her shoulder as she made her way out side the class room and into the hall. She looked down at the watch again, this time more admiring it then anything. She hated to admit it but it was a gift given to her and even if they guy who gave it to her drove her up the wall it was still a lovely gift. She places her hand back down at her side as she walked down the halls of the school. She had about forty five minutes to get lunch and get to her next class. "Huh now where do I want to go and eat today? I could go and get food in the cafeteria. . . But it is such a nice day out maybe I'll get something quick and eat outside." Tori made her way to the cafeteria and got her lunched and headed out to the front of the school to eat it. She found a nice stop to sit out of the way of other students walk and began to eat her lunch. A few times she looked up o the sky and thought she say something, but thinking it was a bird she didn't think twice about it. As Tori finished her lunch and stood up to head back inside something did catch her eye. She looked up again at what she thought was the bird and with a sudden look of confusion and horror she realized that it wasn't a bird at all, it was someone or something else. She watch it fly over head as it made it descent and couldn't help but wonder what the hell it was. She watched it land away from the school and picked up her bag. Every part of Tori told her the best thing to do right now was to head back into the school and get far away from this thing, but her curiosity won her over and she made her way to get a better look at the thing. She really wished she hadn't done that. Tori's hand quickly comes up to her moth to stop a scream from escaping her lips. What ever this thing was, it wasn't human. Tori took in the strangers and couldn't help but star at its feet, its talon feet. She couldn't stop her hands from trembling at she looked at them. She finely ripped her eyes away so that she could get a good look at its face, or lack there of. She really did wish now that she had gone back into the school but it was to late for that and she just couldn't seem to move her body.

Dante wasn’t in the mood for school at all. His youngest sister had kept him awake half the night crying over some crush she had. Given that this happened every other week depending on who happened to catch her eye, he really should have been used to the lack of sleep by now. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case, and the blonde had spent the better part of the morning hunched over his desk staring blankly ahead and hoping that the teacher wouldn’t notice he wasn’t actually paying attention. It was all he could do to keep from leaning his head on the desk and falling asleep, although he knew that wouldn’t end well. Every now and again Dante would appear to nod off but then would abruptly sit back up and glance around to make sure no one had noticed.
Lunch was a relief to say the least. Not because he was hungry, but because Dante planned to go to the nurse and feign a headache or something. Fatigue was not something he dealt well with and it really was just better for him to go home rather than stay the rest of the day. He could just as Nat about what he’d missed the next day and hope she wouldn’t punch him for cutting class or something. He did have a pretty good excuse after all. Stretching his arms over his head, the blonde yawned before making his way out of the classroom. He barely remembered anything the teacher had told him. Maybe if he went to the library and fell asleep with a book propped up in front of him nobody would notice.
The plans regarding the infirmary and the library were soon forgotten, though. As Dante reached the hallways, it appeared there was something going on. Students were hurrying back and forth whispering to each other, some appearing to be frightened while most simply looked confused. Did he miss something thinking about sleep? From what he gathered just from listening to the students he passed on his way towards the door, something was happening outside and nobody was really sure what the hell was happening. Great. His first thoughts were of his sisters. If anybody knew what was actually happening, it would be those two gossip queens. Pulling his phone from his pocket, he texted them before continuing on his way out of the building where he unfortunately ran right into what the commotion was all about.
Upon seeing it, Dante immediately paled and ran behind the nearest solid object. What the hell was that thing? He’d never seen anything like it. Peering out from his hiding place, the blonde stared at the slow-moving cloaked figure with a mixture of curiosity and confusion. On the one hand, he was dying to get closer just to figure out what it was. On the other hand, he’d really rather not risk it if the ominous figure turned out to be actually dangerous. Rubbing his eyes to try and chase the persistent feeling of sleepiness away, Dante stayed where he was and took a glance around the general area. He didn’t see much else other than the cloaked figure-fuck, that was Tori. The British girl appeared to be paralyzed with fear. Instantly wide awake, Dante stood up and called out to his Meister,
“Tori, over here!”
He hoped she heard him. If she didn’t and the dark figure turned out to be dangerous, Dante wouldn’t hesitate to run to Tori’s aid. She was his Meister, there were stronger as a team than they were if they were separated, NOT class be damned. He hoped he was worrying over nothing, but for now he would rather proceed with caution.

It was such a burden being a genius; well that was at least what Dion thought. His first class was going to be about soul resonance basics for pretty much all the other students. Since he was better and already had a resonance the class would have been boring as well as a waste of his time, so he skipped it. It wasn’t like he was going to miss anything plus he got to sleep in later so that was an obvious upside. Especially considering he didn’t need to even get to the school till around noon he was more than happy to skip.
Not in any particular rush he opted to walk to school considering the apartments weren’t too far away from the building. Well there was the fact that his options were limited with Misaki not being with him. She had probably just gone to school normally but that still meant that she wasn’t around to drive him there. Walking it was then! Carrying what he needed he headed for Shibusen with some other students that either skipped like him or were lucky enough not to have classes before noon. After the strange looks because he was wearing a hoodie in Nevada passed everything was alright.
On his trip Dion made a quick stop for some lunch. The cafeteria food wasn’t that bad and certainly better than most high schools but nothing beat walking down the street eating a hotdog. Finishing before reaching the stairs he ascended with just his messenger bag expecting there to be a few groups of students already. The mutterings were his first tip off that something was going on. It didn’t sound like usual gossiping but a cautious whispering or fear and confusion. Well at least school would be more interesting today.
Dion figured that Misaki or Bang had pulled off some big prank or something but upon reaching the top of the stairs got to see what the cause of the disturbance was. It wasn’t hard to spot through the students as they all gave it a wide area of space. What was that thing? Dion couldn’t say he was scared, this thing lacked scalpels and therefor threat potential, but it did leave him with a feeling of uneasiness. He had never seen something like this before and the more he looked the more off he felt. His first thought was enemy but that was crazy.
Yeah that was right. No potential threat to them would willingly show up right outside Shibusen with Shinigami so close right? He thought that but looking at the thing made him unsure. Walking through the people he tended to see for himself what this thing was! No one complained as he passed by them since they didn’t want to get any closer to that if they could. It was then that he realized something about the crowds; they were all unprepared for this. Not that he could say he himself was full set but these people looked like they were probably unpartnered or NOT class students. Just great, he got to look after the kiddies.
With whatever amount of authority he could manage he moved pass the crowds and into the bubble of space they had made around the creature. Feeling his heart rate speed up he continued forward and noticed that he wasn’t the only one investigating the thing. Some girl was standing in the bubble and staring at the thing with a look of horror. By the way she was shaking from it he figured she hadn’t been on a mission yet and therefore had no idea how to deal with this thing.
Sighing he quickened his pace and stood in front of the thing. Not too close now but enough that he was certainly in its way. Resting his hands in his hoodie pockets he glanced at the thing with a bored expression. It was a ruse; he was anything but bored looking at this thing. It had pitch black skin and white eyes with no pupils, not to mention the cloak that looked like it was moving but not from the wind. The talons were another great touch that made it just enough inhuman to upset those who saw it.
Staring it straight in the eyes he felt his heart speed up and his voice catch in his throat. He was actually somewhat scared from this thing and that was insane. He had fought a kishin and made it out fine. No fucking way was this thing going to mess with him! He heard someone else call out but the words made no sense to him. Someone calling for a friend or something equally irrelevant. Still staring at the thing he felt his throat shift and his city accent managed to creep out of him.
”Who the fuck is you?”
Wow he did not expect that. Somehow this thing was upsetting him enough to make his accent appear. It better answer his question very carefully of it was going to end up with a spear in the face! Catching his body try to betray him again he entered his partial form and implanted a spear into the ground. His legs were not going to shake from looking at this little fuck! Not breaking eye contact with the thing he took a deep breath and exited his partial, he might need it for punching this thing soon.

The day began like any other for Klaus. His typical morning routines, the trip to Shibusen, all of it. The giant sat in the back of class, half paying attention and half scribbling down tabs for a song. It was a battle in his head, class notes vs guitar tabs, and the tabs were winning. For him, visualizing the notes and the tabs and techniques needed to perform it came easily. That was the easy part. He still needed to modify and perfect it through practice, but that required school to be over and it was far from it. It did the trick though and before Klaus knew it, class was over. He even had the added bonus of not being randomly called on to answer a question, saving himself from much unwanted embarrassment.
Lunch had seen some intense progress in his songwriting. He had quickly snarfed down his meal and made his way outside to get away from the noise of the cafeteria. There were a few other students outside, most notably Tori, but their presence did not hinder his overflowing muse. In fact, he had also gone on to writing out the drum parts. In fact, he planned on spending the rest of his classes just writing things out, still hoping that his teachers would decide to randomly call on every other student except for him to answer questions.
Things were, unfortunately, about to make a turn for the worse. He had noticed a growing commotion among the students and even the teachers. Hell, he had looked up a few times to see some students pointing and looking up at some flying object. He promptly ignored it and got back to writing. It wasn't until a noticeable crowd gathered that he decided to see just what the hell was going on. The giant stood up, blocking several other students' views with his height. His pulse quickened as his eyes widened at what he was seeing. A dark, cloaked figure silently made its way for Shibusen grounds, slowly descending in a spiral until it touched the ground. Klaus had not noticed it before, but it clearly had talons. "What is this? Is it a Kishin? Why is it here when it should know full well that Shinigami was here?" he asked in his head.
Noticing some of the students beginning to panic at its presence as it drew closer, Klaus shifted his arm into a partial form. It was something he could both block and punch with. Already he noticed a few more familiar faces. "D-Dante!" he shouted to his fellow comrade in blonde as another one passed him by, Dion. It was times like this he really wished he had a Meister.

Natsuki found nothing about this day particularly interesting. It was pretty much like any other day; boring. Her days only seemed to not be boring when she was doing things with Misaki and Bang or Dante. There were no pranks to play today as she was far too busy trying to concentrate in class. It was probably something that people wouldn't expect of her but she liked to get good grades. So paying attention in class was a must but that didn't mean that she liked it.
Once the bell rang for lunch though she was free! Or at least she felt free. It gave her the time to run off and look for Dante so they could have lunch. She liked having lunch with him after all. She needed to remember to drag him to have lunch with Misaki and Bang sometime. That would be an interesting lunch time especially if Misaki brought Dion with her. She was surprised that she hadn't thought of having lunch with the whole lot of them before.
Nat was skipping her way through the halls like nobodies business and making people stop and stare. That was a usual thing though. It was probably just amazing to them that she was able to skip so easily in heels. She could do it but that didn't mean she wouldn't end up tripping or something. She was accident prone for someone that was of ninja heritage. She wasn't paying much attention to the others around her though or at least not until she got to the entrance of the school.
The black haired girl took a moment to stop and take in her surroundings. There were people gathered about whispering in hushed voices and the fear in their voices was obvious. She was curious she had to admit to figure out just what had everyone on edge so she started pushing her way through the students. She didn't bother telling them excuse me as she was more concerned with figuring out what was going on.
It was then that she came out of the crowd and into a bubble. It was an odd feeling to say the least. It didn't take long for her to notice the center of the bubble and the two or four other people in there with her. She recognized all but one of them but her attention was more or less dragged to the being in the middle. It wasn't normal. Sure a lot of things weren't normal but this thing was definitely not normal. What was it?
Natsuki had no problem walking up closer to it like her mutual friend Dion had and started looking about with a curious look on her face. She wasn't much frightened as she was actually really hard to scare believe it or not and she wasn't getting much of a vibe to fear it. She was more curious as to what it was than if she should fear it. The funny looking thing had even distracted her from Dante who was not that far off from her. She'd probably be reminded of him shortly but for not she was focused on the being.
"The fuck you think it is, Dion?" Natsuki said to the black haired partner of her best friend without setting her eyes on him.

Well it appeared arriving on the front steps of Shibusen had caused a bit of a spectacle. Not surprising considering it was a suspicious figure that happened to fly down from the sky. To be fair though that was a less obvious entrance than it could have done. The trouble with teleportation was that it caused a very loud sound to happen when it ripped across spacial planes. Oh well it was only a few students so there wasn’t any real threat if it was seen. Besides it seemed that most of the students were too scared of the sudden appearance to bother it.
It seemed like they were all too scared to get in its way but then there was this one. The green haired boy stood directly in its way and prevented it from moving forward. Asking a question was redundant for it could not speak even if it wanted to. Unable to vocally respond it did the next best thing and stared directly into the boy’s eyes. The blank stare delving deep into him before it suddenly made a quick move to the side and continued walking toward the school around him.
There was no reason to bother interacting with the students. All of them were nowhere near on a level where they could be considered a threat to it. Also considering that most of them didn’t even bother approaching it there was no issue. Continuing toward the school the figure walked past the students without reacting to any of them.

The voice of her partner brought Tori back to Earth and she turned her head to look over in his direction. Dante was hiding behind something and calling her to come and join him. She honestly thought about joining her weapon when another boy came over and stood in front of the monster. Tori didn't know his personally but she knew that he was a one star weapon. She turned her head back over and watch as he ask the thing what it was in a rather strange accent. Tori really didn't have much time to think about anything as more students began to join the crowd. A giant of a man join where her weapon was hiding and a Japaneses girl was asking the green haired boy something. Tori took a few steps back from everything, if things where going to get out of hand she wanted to be closer to her weapon.
But nothing got out of hand, well not yet anyway. The monster didn't even answer the boy and instead walked passed him, and by proxy walked passed her. Tori glanced at the thing as it's talons clicked on the grown as it made it's way to the school. It appeared it had no fear of the students which told her that it was very strong, or maybe very stupid. What ever the case may have been now that Tori had her head but on right she wanted to know what this thing was up to and why it didn't even give the students a passing glance. Well save for the green haired boy it stared right at him.
Tori ran over to where her weapon was hiding and grabbed onto his hand pulling him out of the spot. "Dante am I glad to see you. Come we don't have much time we have to fallow that thing. I want to know what it's up to and why it's trying to get into the school." Tori gave Dante a good yank as she pulled him out into the open then let go of his hand. She then glanced up at the giant blond. If it was at all possible to make Tori feel any shorter then she was this guy was doing it. "I'm not sure who you are but if you want to join us I suggest you come along right now." With that Tori turned around and quickened her pace to fallow the thing assuming that her weapon would be right behind her. She knew that Dante would never let her down even if she was being stubborn about something like fallowing a strange monster and seeing what it was up too.

Oh that thing was just plain creepy. Dante had to admit, he was glad that he was somewhat concealed from view rather than right up next to…whatever that thing was. He gave major props to the green haired guy for having the guts to stare it in the face. Still, the way it stared at him for a moment and the way it moved so quickly afterwards was highly unnerving. Another thing that caught his attention was, of course, Natsuki. She seemed to know the green haired guy, and Dante was honestly relieved to see her if only because she was a One Star and would be way more help than either him or Tori if it turned out the creepy cloaked figure was actually dangerous. That didn’t mean he wouldn’t do his best to help out, though.
He heard his name being called and found that Klaus had happened upon the scene as well. Dante wondered for a brief moment if maybe he should activate his partial form a well despite how inept he was with using it. It appeared that would be necessary though. As he waved to the other blonde present, Toro had noticed him and promptly pulled him out of his hiding spot. Well, there went that idea, although he hadn’t planned on staying hidden for the entire time the creepy creature was present. Just until something happened in which case he would either a: help Tori fight if at all possible or b: try to convince everyone to run away screaming for safety. Okay so plan B maybe wasn’t the best idea but it was an idea nonetheless. It seemed unneeded, though, as Tori apparently had a plan already and Dante was more than willing to follow it. However the blonde did seem a bit apprehensive. He glanced over at the cloaked giant, worry very much present in his eyes, before looking back at Tori and nodded,
“You’re right, we need to find out what that thing is and what it wants.”
Hearing Tori invite Klaus along on their little misadventure seemed like a good idea, but Dante realized things would probably work better if they knew each other’s names. Pausing a moment, he waved in Klaus’ direction and then at Tori,
“Oh, right. Klaus, meet Tori. She’s my Meister. Tori, meet Klaus. He’s a friend of mine.”
There, much better and also more convenient if they suddenly found themselves in a bad situation and needed to scream for the others to run. Taking a deep breath, Dante followed after his Meister, jogging a bit to keep up with her at first. She was on a mission; all he hoped was that neither of them would get too horribly maimed in the process of finding out just what the weird cloaked thing was. Getting cleaved in half by those talons or possibly dying was not on his list of things to do today. As he followed behind Tori, he looked around for Nat one more time. He knew she could take care of herself, that’s not what he was worried about. Okay maybe he was a little worried, but that wasn’t what was currently on his mind. Spotting her again, Dante cupped his hands around his mouth to call out to her,
“Natsuki! Any idea what the hell’s going on?”
If she knew, great! If not, they’d hopefully soon find out. Tori certainly seemed determined to get some answers regardless of all the terrible safety issues that came with following a strange, cloaked monster with creepy crow feet.

Terrifying was one way to put it. Having some odd creature that may or may not be a threat stare straight into your fucking soul was not the most pleasant of activities. Dion had no desire to ever do so again. He held his ground and stared right the fuck back at the thing but his heart felt like it was going to beat out of his chest. Blank white eyes over a darkened face that he couldn’t even tell what it was. Even from that close he couldn’t tell if the creature was a human or what. Luckily the thing grew bored at staring at him and walked past Dion.
Dion hadn’t realized that he had been holding his breath until the creature passed him and he was gasping and clutching his chest. Alright never doing that again. He wasn’t even sure if that would be called a near death experience or just some really frightening encounter. Composing himself he turned to look at the creature as it walked away from him and toward the school. He was a one star weapon and the thing didn’t even think about him. So it was that kind of creature that didn’t even bother wasting time on those under it.
Other people were showing up and one had actually braved getting close to the thing to talk to him. Well he had to at least give her props for that. She didn’t seem familiar to him but clearly she knew him. After a moment of thought Dion figured she must be that Natsuki girl Misaki knew. Whatever it didn’t make much of a difference to him. Of course then he remembered more that his meister had said about this Nat girl and things might work out.
”No idea. Whatever that thing is it doesn’t consider any of us to be a threat.” That point in particular was bothering Dion more and more. Looking around he didn’t recognize any of the other people that were gathering so they were probably mostly in the NOT class and nowhere near at a level where they could deal with this thing. At least he saw one go into his partial form so they were a little prepared. He had to make sure that thing didn’t hurt any of the NOT students though sense he was probably one of the more experienced students gathered.
”Hey Nat…think you can get a soul perception off on that thing?” It wasn’t like the kishin he had faced but there was no danger in just looking at the soul right. Dion stared at the thing and entered his partial state and deactivated it a few times to think over his course of action. Sighing he flipped his hair in aggravation, this wasn’t his job. Planning and shit was supposed to go to the meister while he followed the plan. Taking a step toward the creature he stopped and kept a bit of distance so he could look around at the others.
It looked like about four people not including himself were in what he would consider a more dangerous zone. He wanted to know what Nat’s soul perception figured out so he stayed where he was and waited. At least the other three were somewhat together so this would be easy…or at least easier. Looking at the group he yelled ”Hey! Any one stars with you guys? We have to keep the NOT students away from this. I’ll try to keep it busy until a teacher or someone shows up!” Well that was the plan at least. It seemed like a decent idea.
Keep the creature away from the school and away from the NOT students until someone better suited to deal with it showed up. He could handle it if it was just keeping it busy. Now if Misaki was here he could destroy that creature no problem with their epic resonance! Sadly that was out of the question so he had to wait for some other solution. Hopefully Nat’s perception told him it was a kishin and if he was lucky he could take the soul.

So far so good, this strange entity had not made a move against any of the students present. While it had yet to commit any acts of violence. What it was and why it was here was still a mystery to everyone. It made no sudden movements and said no words. It merely continued its way towards the main doors of Shibusen. The way the crowd parted around the creature as it continued on its way could be likened to that of a school of small fish pulsing and splitting in a synchronized manner around larger predators trying to get a meal.
Klaus stood confused next to his blonde body as it continued to walk. In fact, many others were just as confused over what to do exactly. That was when Dion had decided to block its path, asking it a question and making his city accent readily noticeable. The creature did nothing except stare into his eyes for a few seconds. What was perceived as a violent intention was instead a sudden sidestep around the weapon as it resumed its travel, leaving Dion gasping for breath. Apparently he hadn't been breathing during his brief confrontation or something.
Tori's voice snapped him out of his fixation on the creature. He wasn't very well-acquainted with the girl, having only seen her in class and very little outside of that. But his blonde buddy was the one to introduce the two. "H-hi, Tori." he greeted briefly as he followed the two after the being. Klaus kept his guard up with his weapon arm in the event the creature did turn violent, but he had a strong feeling that no one here could even hope to go toe-to-toe with it. He doubted even his own ability to withstand an attack from it, a feeling compounded by the fact he still had no Meister. It was times like this he truly felt useless. For now all he could do was wait and watch with the other students. [/color]

Natsuki might have been expecting the thing to move but it would be unsure to everyone else. She was probably a really hard person to surprise or freak out on a daily basis. She liked to blame that on her brother sometimes but that probably wasn't his fault. She was supposed to be a ninja after all or something like that so things weren't supposed to freak her out. This didn't mean she couldn't be grossed out by it.
She kind of felt bad for Dion though for the way that it stared him straight in the eyes. It was almost like it was staring right into his soul or at least that was what it had looked like to her. She noticed as it was staring at her best friend's partner that it didn't look natural at all. It had black skin and white eyes, which was kind of freaky. It seemed that Dion had been holding his breath the entire time that the creature had been staring straight into his eyes as he started gasping for breath after it left the two of them behind. She had to admit she most likely would have done the same as him.
It was a bit irritating to her though how easily it shrugged the two of them off. With one quick movement off to the side of them, it was off walking forward once again and off into the school. Just who did it think it was?! It was on their property and doing whatever it wanted to! She needed to think though as hard is it might seem for her or to people she could. If they weren't even on that thing's registry then who in the school was? A teacher? Or maybe someone even bigger? What if it was heading towards Death?!
Natsuki shook her head as she heard the sound of someone trying to talk to her or more like shout. It was just after that that Dion started to answer her question about whatever the thing was. She registered the fact that Dante was shouting at her first and she looked to where he was standing with his hands cupped over his mouth. Damn, he looked hot today. Wait, Nat focus that isn't the point right now! He wanted to know if she knew what the hell was going on. That was what she was wanting to know.
"Not a clue!" Natsuki yelled back to him in response. "Wait where are you going!? Be careful, Dante! BETTER YET! Stay put!!!" She continued with a bit of concern in her voice as she realized that he and the other two were heading after the creature that had went off on its own.
The black haired girl turned her attention back to Dion quickly as she set to actually paying him mind now. Her mind was racing at the moment since she realized that they should probably going along with them. Dante wasn't a one star student so why was he heading off after the creature. She was starting to worry about him as she remained standing there. The fact that that creature didn't consider them a threat still kind of peeved her off and that point was actually rather bothersome. That meant it was pretty damn strong.
Soul perception? Oh he must have heard about it from Misaki. She had heard about Dion from Misaki after and that was mainly the only reason why she knew him. This was her first time actually meeting or talking to him and what a wonderful way to do so! She supposed that it couldn't hurt to use her soul perception on the creature to figure out just what it was. It was probably the best idea since they didn't seem to budge it otherwise. She was also weaponless at the current point in time too.
"Hmm. I could give it a try." Natsuki said in response to his question about her soul perception.
She didn't start right off the bat though as she was still concerned about Dante. If he was with his partner then she needed to be thinking straight so she wouldn't be dragging him into a dangerous situation. She was worried about him especially since he was a NOT student. Dion took notice of the students that were gathered in a group or rather the one that Dante was in and asked if there were any one star students among them. She hadn't really been paying much attention to the group past Dante so she couldn't answer the question for him. She'd leave it up to them to tell him and hopefully that would stop them from running off by themselves.
Natsuki decided that it was now or never for her to actually use her soul perception on the creature. It was best to do it now while it was still pretty much in view. Although she'd be able to see it better if she got a bit closer and that'd give her a better view at its soul. She walked over to where the group of three that included Dante was standing and watched the creature. She stood still for a second and closed her eyes as she began to focus on the creature that was starting to wander around their school. It was amazing how much soul perception came into handy in situations that called for it. This one was different though...

Continuing along toward the school the cloaked figure paid no attention to the students. None of them had gotten in its way so it had no reason to interact with them. It was tasked with heading toward the school and to await further orders. Its master had told it to inform them if anyone of interest appeared and posed a potential threat to them. So far only one student had even dared to stand in its way and even then they departed quickly enough. No, it didn’t look like there were any students who would pose them any threat.
Leaving the students to their own devices the figure progresses at the slow pace toward the school, its talons clacking against the pavement. Inside of Shibusen the figure’s presence had not gone unnoticed. Students had spread the word around and classes had been interrupted as teacher attempted to figure out what to do. Among the students some gathered at the windows and watched the figure head toward them. Maybe they watched to look for their friends outside or to see if any strange things progressed. Others kept away from the windows for safety reasons and huddled in their own groups to gossip about the event.
Students outside made sure to keep a safe distance from the creature but so far it was eerily quiet. Sure there was the hushed talking that went on but no real cries of anguish. The students simply stayed away from the thing. Some hurried back into the school with the mindset that they would be safer inside. Others took this as a chance to leave school and left to return to their place of residence. Even as the crowds of students thinned the figure made no move to intervene. It was leaving the students alone as much as they were leaving it alone.
As the students parted up into their own little groups’ one had an idea. Look at the creature with soul perception. That would be the logical thing to do; perhaps it had a soul worth taking for the weapons to advance in their pursuit of death scythe status. The figure made no move to stop her and simply carried on with its slow walk toward the front doors of Shibusen.
As Natsuki activated her soul perception she would have nothing to compare it to. The creature seemed to lack a soul. There was no trace of a soul in its body where one should be. Instead what she could see was madness. Pure, flowing madness filled its body with an ever changing field of crimson. There was a soul shaped area that was devoid of the madness however and in that space was emptiness. Even more unsettling was the appearance of something else that she wouldn’t recognize, magic.

Tori didn't bother to look at the giant of a boy as her weapon introduced her to him. She was still watching the strange thing making sure that if it did anything odd she would see it. She did give a little wave over in Klaus direction. "Um yes nice to meet you too wish it would have been under better circumstances." The boy from before was yelling now asking if any of them where one star misters. Well Tori didn't know about the big guy but her and Dante where in the NOT class. Again with out takeing her eyes off of the monster she yells back to the green haired boy. "No sorry my weapon and I are in the NOT class. And I don't think you can keep it busy it doesn't seem to cares at all about any of us... Hummm but maybe if we all try and distract it, it might stop moving long enough for a teacher to get here." She said pointed to how it was just walking past other students. She was sure that there was other one stars in the crowed and it bothered her that this thing just kept moving.
Now the other girl was yelling over to them and from what Tori gathered Dante knew her but her name was very funny to Tori and she had a hard time remembering it. When she yelled at them to stay put that was when Tori finely took her eyes off of the thing. She looks over her shoulder at the other girl with a look of confusion. "What stay put?! If we stay put we wont know where this things is going let alone what it wants with us and the school. I'm not staying put!" Tori puffed out her cheeks and turned to look at the other two guy fallowing her. "You can stay put if you like but I'm going to keep going. I have to know what this thing is up to!" She turned back around fixing her bag and kept on walking.
Tori didn't hear Dion ask Nat to take a look at this things soul or lack their of. That thought did cross her mind to look but Tori didn't have soul perception. She was rather good at punching thing though and that may come in handy (bad pun). She glances back at the guy with the green hair now. "Hey green haired guy you got any Ideas on how you are planning to distract this thing? I don't like the fact that it looks like this things knows where it is going." There was just something so off about everything that was going on right now and it was creeping the little meister out.

Dante would have loved to listen to Natsuki. Better yet, he’d have loved to go back inside the school and hide or try to find a bunch of teachers and let them know what was happening if they didn’t know already. The blonde wasn’t sure how fast word was travelling, but he could expect that it was fast given the crowd. The main reason he didn’t listen and stay put was Tori. She was his Meister, he was obligated to follow her, plus he didn’t think it was a good idea to just let the Brit wander off on her own. She was stubborn to a fault, Dante knew that, and if shit got crazy he fully intended to pick her up and haul ass out of there if need be. He had no problem if she wanted to stand and fight if they needed, but that depended entirely on what the creepy creature currently lurking amongst them was capable of.
Speaking of the freak show, no one seemed to have a clue what it was still. As Tori took the liberty to answer the green haired kid’s question, Dante nodded if only to show that she was right. Wait, she wasn’t entirely right. Dante pointed to Klaus, not that he was hard to miss,
“He’s a One-Star.”
Dante wasn’t sure how they were going to distract the thing, it seemed pretty damned uninterested int them. Tori had a point; maybe they could distract it if they all worked together. Still, that seemed like a really bad idea. Dante didn’t have a good feeling about any of this, and the longer it dragged on the more uneasy the blonde felt. The thing was just plain creepy, and the way that none of them really seemed to catch its attention was somewhat worrying. It clearly had to be after something, but not knowing what exactly what that was had to be the most worrying thing about the entire situation. Dante sighed at Tori’s reaction at being told what to do. Turning briefly, he raised his hands in surrender towards Natsuki, putting on his best ‘I tried, I’m sorry, please don’t hit me’ face. She could yell at him later if she felt the need, he wouldn’t object. That didn’t mean he didn’t somewhat reluctantly follow his Meister,
“She’s just worried, Tori. We all are.”
The whole distraction thing still didn’t seem like a good idea to Dante. Not just because the creepy thing was completely uninterested in all of them, but also because it was, well, giant. One of them could try approaching it, but that seemed like one of the stupidest ideas in existence and so he tossed the idea almost as soon as he’d thought of it. If they were dead set on distracting it, he would always try to get its attention by doing cartwheels or something, as simple as that seemed. Something told him that wouldn’t really work, though. Not taking his eyes off the thing, the blonde looked to his Meister,
“I don’t know, Tori, maybe someone should run inside and try to round up some teachers. Distracting could work, but we don’t know for how long. We don’t even know what it is or what it can do.”
Dante of course then noticed Natsuki's presence. He felt better having her close, but of course he still wasn't sure if that made any of them any safer. Still, it'd be easier to keep an eye on both her and Tori now he supposed, not that Nat couldn't take care of herself. Dante watched her close her eyes and then stare at the creature. He assumed she was using Soul Perception, but wouldn't jump to conclusions and so remained silent. If she saw anything of note, he had no doubt she'd make it plainly obvious.
