Tori sat up in her room taking a few deep breaths looking at herself in the mirror. It had taken her 4 hours to get ready for the snowball tonight. For once her mother did not make the dress but took her out shopping till they found the perfected one. Everything else for the outfit she had in her room. Tori walked over to her vanity and sat down. She had managed to style her short hair. Her bangs done in her normal curls but the back of her head pulled into a little bun at the bottom on her head and the left over hair was curled as well. Tori reach over and pick up the flower head peace and put it in her hair. She then pulled out her made up and put it on, she rarely wore makeup so it left funny to her. She got up and walked over to her full length mirror and looked at herself in it. She blinked a few times at the girl starting back at her. On a normal day Tori would just get up and put some clothing on curl her hair and be out the door so it was very odd to her to see her all dressed up. Tori heard a knock at her door and she turned to look. Surly her date couldn't be here already? Then again her date was Levi and he might come on his own time. Now that she thought about it he didn't really give her a time he just said be here when I come and pick you up for the dance. Tori cocked her head at the door when she heard the knock again. "Who is it?" She called out and heard her mother voice call back to her. "Tori sweety are you ready? I'm sure your date will be here any moment now." Tori smiled at the sound of her Irish's mothers voice and walked over to the gear that was her door. She pulled a leaver and it rolled open and she smiled up at her mom. "How...How do I look? Do you think I went a little over bored?" The pleasantly plump woman gave a gasp and placed a hand on her large chest. "Oh Victoria you look so lovely. Come now dear lets head down stairs and wait for your date. What did you say his name was again?" Tori gave a soft smile to her mother and looked down at the ground, her mother always complimented her. She looked back up and started to walk with her mother to the stairs. "His name is Levi...Levi Kastein..."It still bothered the meister that she was still going to the dance with him. So many worries fly threw her mind but she heard mother speak again and looked at her, Tori and her mother stood about the same high. "Ah that right Levi and you said he is a prince from a small kingdom?" Tori rolls her eyes at this. "Yes but they way he talks about he make it sound like everyone should know where it is." Tori mother laughed and open the door for her at the bottom of the stairs. Both woman walk into the room next to the front room. This was where Tori was going to wait for Levi. "I do hope you have fun to night Tori." Tori nodes her head not looking at her mother now, she had turned her attention to the window to watch and wait. "I hope I do to mum." Tori could feel the butterfly flitting around in her stomach, if this feeling kept her felt like she was going to puke. Why was she so worked up about this? It was just a dance after all no harm could come from it right? Tori's father waited in the front room to great the prince when he would finely arrive.

Levi had impatiently waited for his outfit to arrive in the mail. He didn’t think he would need to have his actual formal prince attire with him when he came to Death City but apparently he couldn’t avoid them. At least they had arrived in time for the stupid ball thing that was making him wear them in the first place. Luckily he had a more recent set that matched his current awesomeness instead of some generic princely piece of shit. He still hated to wear the formal outfit but it was better than what it could have been. Blah the stupid shirt that covered his glorious scars! That annoying black vest that bordered on cape status! Stupid fur over his shoulders! Begrudgingly Levi put on the clothes he had been sent hating every moment of it. Finished he walked into his makeshift throne room and sat upon his makeshift throne. Staring into the mirror that covered most of the wall across from the throne he looked over his appearance. Despite how much he hated dressing formally he knew he would look awesome in anything! Removing his red shades he set them on a stand next to the throne and slid on a special black pair his brother sent with the other clothes. The glasses hadn’t been a part of his outfit before so Issac must have gave them to him knowing that he would be wearing his usual ones. Looking in the mirror Levi stared at the gifted shades hating them and the rest of the outfit even more. But he had to admit they looked better with the fancy shit than his red ones did. Issac had managed to piss him off from a completely different fucking continent! Sighing to calm down Levi stood up and left the throne room. Taking a moment to practice with Zegen helped him relax some more and clear his mind from his brother. Done raging over his twin Levi took a moment to look at the time, maybe he should leave soon. He was getting bored and the longer he spent by himself the more he would keep getting pissed off by the clothes. Returning his sword to its usual resting place he headed to the front of his house. He wouldn’t need Zegen with him and it would probably be more of a bother than anything. Weaponless he exited his house and headed for the clock tower. Walking through Death City Levi was given stranger glances than he normally got. People needed to make up their minds already! When he dressed normally he got stares for that and when he dresses to fit their fucked up idealistic view of a prince he still got stares! Looking at the people that were so interested in him his face distorted into a light snarl. ”Wat ben je neuken kijken?” Trying to ignore the peasants he went on his way to the clock tower. At least once he was inside Shibusen the attention wouldn’t be a negative thing. Arriving he walked up to the shop and stood outside the door. Hesitating for a second he gave one knock with the back of his hand, trying to make sure the glove made the most contact with the door, before opening it and walking inside.

The shop it's self was closed for the night but the door was left unlocked for the expected prince. Tori's father was there to greet him; a very tall man standing at 6'5" with the brown hair and purple eyes that Tori has. He gave a smile to the prince as he walks into the room and gets up from his chair to greet him. "Ah Prince Levi how nice to meet you!" He didn't offer her hand out to the prince he merely beckoned for the young man to fallow him. "Right this way, Tori is in the other room wait for you." Tori's father lead Levi into the home part of the clock tower. A sight of Victorian and steampunk style meet the princes eyes. Tori's father gave Levi a smile. "Wait right here I'll tell Victoria that you are here." He walked over to the door just off to the side of the room and knocked on it. "Tori dear your date is here."
From inside the other roomy Tori jumped when she hear her father call to her from the other side of the door. "I....I'll be right out!" She called back take a few steps closer to the door then stopping. She stares at the door handle and she felt butterfly in her stomach. Tori's body began to tremble a bit and she turned around to look at her mother a look of fear on her face. "I can't do this Mum... I am going back to my room before it is to late!" Tori lifted up her dress so that it would be easier to walk and made a brake for the stairs. Her mother grabbed her by her arm as she tried to get by her. She looks at her daughter in the eyes with a stern look on her face. "Victoria you are not ducking out on this. That young man out there got all dressed up and even came here to pick you up." Tori looked into her mothers green eyes and then back at the door and then at the stairs and gave a sigh. "I'm...Just nervous Mum.... My first dance and all." Tori's mother lets go of her arm and Tori walks back over to the door. She takes a deep breath and opens the door and walks through to the front room where Levi is waiting for her.
Tori gave a sudden gasp when she saw Levi standing there. For a moment she didn't think it was him but she only knew one guy with green hair like that. It just took the meister by surprise how dressed up Levi could get. Well he was a prince after all he had to have formal clothing like this just sitting around right. Tori got a hint of a light blush on her cheeks as she stared at Levi but was brought back down to Earth by the sound of her mothers voice. "Oh my Tori you didn't tell me how handsome Levi is." Tori's cheeks got a bit brighter at this as she looked away from Levi and her mother. That was something she didn't need pointed out to her right now. Tori looked out of the corner of her eye at Levi and she did have to agree with her mum on this Levi was rather handsome when you got a good look at him and when you weren't so mad that you just wanted to punch him in the face.
Tori's Father came walking over to her and gave her a kiss on the forehead. Tori smiled up at him but at the very moment her mother gave an over dramatic gasp that made Tori jump and stare at her like her was a crazy woman. "Oh Tori I just have to get a picture of you and Levi together before you go to the dance!" Tori just stared at her mother with a look of pure confusion on her face. "What?" Tori's mother takes her by the hand and pulls her over to Levi and make her stand next to him. "Just wait here I will go and get the camera." With that she ran out of the room her husband chuckling as he watch his short pleasantly plump wife went running out of the room. Tori couldn't bring herself to look up at Levi so she just looked down at the floor. "Hi Levi you.... You look very nice tonight...But I have to say... Kind of miss seeing the scars." She gave a little laugh at this as she mother came back into the room holding up the camera. "Ok you two get close.... Levi why don't you put your arm around Tori's waist? Ok smile!" Her mother snapped a picture and Tori's heart skipped a beat when the flash went off. "Ok dear lets let these two head off to the dance now. Have fun you two and take good care of my Tori, Levi." Tori gave a wave to her parents as she left the house with Levi. She still couldn't quite bring herself to look up at him.

Walking inside Levi met some man that he assumed was Tori’s father. He didn’t bow at Levi’s arrival but by now he didn’t assume many Americans would. At least he didn’t insist on that terrible American greeting of shaking hands. Levi would prefer not having to make contact with as many commoners as he could. Following the man he moved into the next room while glancing around. Was this like how most commoner houses looked? He expected the answer was no but wasn’t sure; he didn’t have much experience with commoner dwellings. Levi stopped when the man told him to wait and called for Tori.
Impatiently waiting for Tori to show up Levi bid his time as best he could. Crossing his arms he had the odd experience of feeling a shirt instead of his usually bare chest. The sensation was odd and terribly foreign to him, if only Levi didn’t have to get all fancy for a stupid dance! Of course he had to dress up for a very important reason, to make himself look that much better than everyone else! There was no way that any of the commoners could hope to match him in the first place.
Eventually Tori finally emerged from wherever she was. Seeing her Levi wasn’t disappointed, not that he expected to be. If he had thought she wouldn’t look decent he wouldn’t have bothered to ask her. Sure the dress could be flashier but it was a start. As she walked down Levi kept his face relatively passive as he wanted to get to the dance so he could show off. Once he noticed that Tori was blushing however he broke into a grin. Of course it was probably the stupid clothes that caused it and that pissed him off but it was a start.
Wait pictures? Fuck! He should have expected this from commoners but he hated it all the same! Normally he would love a chance to get his amazingness captured but he didn’t want evidence that he was wearing these ridiculous clothes! Repressing a sigh he waited for this to be over as quickly as possible. Hearing Tori’s comment he would have grinned at her if she was looking at him. Instead he opted to just make a comment of his own. ”Thanks babe, you don’t look too bad yourself.” When the woman came back he begrudgingly did what she said so they could leave.
Finally done they exited the house and could actually go to the school where he wanted to show off. Now the fun could begin!

Tori walked next to Levi as they made their way to the school, not an unfamiliar acted for Tori she walked to school everyday but walking in this dress was proving harder then she thought. Normal she would have looks straight ahead to see where she was going but she was looking down in front of her. Why did she opt to wear such a large dress and very high heals? This was going to be a pain in the ass Tori just knew. After only walking a few blocks Tori gets fed up with this trying to maneuver in heals and poofy dress. She stops and indicatively places a hand on Levi's shoulder to help her balance. "hold on a second...." She mutters as she picks up one foot and reaches under her dress to retrieve her shoe. She does the same with the other one. Instantly Tori lose about four inches to her height. She lets go of Levi's shoulder and places her shoes in one hand and reaches behind picking up her dress off the ground. She just looks like a fluffy hot mess right now. She looks up at Levi with a surprising grin on her face. "Sorry about that thought it would be best to take my shoes off till we get there or risk tripping and. . .How do those Americans put it. . .eating shit?" There was some slang that she wasn't used to yet and she bet Levi wasn't as well. They both weren't from around here.
Tori beings to walk away looks straight ahead like she normal does. After a few second she sneaks a peek from the corner of her eye at Levi and give a little laugh. "Yup, still very strange to see you in a shirt let alone an outfit like that. You really do look like those stereotypical princes you hate so much. And I guess you were right about something you said the other day, I'm no princess my self." She motion by lifting up her hands with the shoes in it. "I bet no princess would dear walk around bear foot like this. But oh well just got to do what feels right I guess." Tori gave a shrug with her shoulders. She then turns her head to look at him. "So.... Prince Levi what are your big plans for tonight?" Tori had no idea why she was talking this much. True she did talk a lot but when she is around Levi it always seems she wants to say the least amount of words as possible. Maybe it was just her nerves, those damn butterfly's in her stomach. She thought they would have gone away by now and she didn't know it, because she can't see it, but there is still a trace of blush lurking on her cheeks.
Tori was rather surprised that she was starting to feel a bit excited about this dance. She must be going crazy. That could be the only explanation that was going on here. One would have to be going crazy if they thought they would have a good time with Levi as their date, but Tori was going to give him the benefit of the doubt. She just had to keep in mind what he told her. "Keep my attention and there won’t be a problem." That comment still kept coming to the front of Tori's mind and she still would wounder how she is going to do that.

Levi wasn’t paying much attention to what was going on around him. They were walking around the city so it wasn’t exactly the most exciting thing ever. Besides, Levi didn’t much care for what the random commoners of Death City thought about him. These ridiculous clothes were meant to serve a purpose that wouldn’t much matter until they got to the all. Being as magnificent as he was he needed to be around people who actually were trying to look fancy, otherwise he wasn’t truly eye catching like he needed to be. When they got to the ball he could be as attention grabbing as he wanted.
At the touch of Tori he stopped and stifled a shudder. Unlike how this usual reaction would be from disgust he was more surprised than anything. Remaining somewhat silent he waited until she was done doing whatever it was she was doing. In the end all she did was take off her shoes but that did seem like it would make walking to the ball easier. If he was back home the action may have been taken as improper when attending such an event. That thought just made it more amusing to him.
Noticing Tori’s grin Levi returned with a smirk of his own. He didn’t exactly get her use of slang but figured enough of it. The tripping part was clear and the last thing he needed was for her to trip and detract the amount of attention they would get. Not like he cared what they looked like now anyway. If he had his way he wouldn’t be wearing such stupid clothes until the last possible second. Giving a shrug he continued walking now that Tori wasn’t going to be face planting into the street any time in the foreseeable future.
”Yeah try not to trip on your own feet. Wouldn’t want you to …eten shit as you put it.”
Or course it would be too easy to simply walk to the ball without further difficulties. Tori started to talk, which in and of itself wasn’t a problem, but her topic of choice wasn’t something Levi was terribly fond of. He knew his clothing was ridiculous and didn’t need reminders as to why he hated it so much. Levi didn’t want to be stuck in some bland category of prince, he was higher than just another part of a stupid group!
Face breaking into the start of a grimace from the commentary he did relax at her other remark. Getting slightly ahead of Tori he turned so he was walking backwards and facing her. ”You’re right. These clothes are neuken stupid!” To emphasize this fact he tugged on the edges of his jacketesque top. Letting go of the royal outfit he motioned toward the shoes Tori was holding. ”Right on that too. I’m sure a proper princess wouldn’t be caught dead without a complete outfit.” At least from his experiences the majority of princesses he had met had been too pitifully proper to do something so uncalled for.
Turning back to walk like a normal person he caught her question as to what he had planned. Not bothering to walk backwards again he turned his head back to face her. Grinning he shrugged ”Didn’t plan anything babe, just gonna show up and take it from there. The more attention the better, not that that will be hard.”

Tori brought the back of her hand up to her mouth and covered it as she gave a little laugh at Levi as he pulled at his clothing. She brings her hand back down moving some of her overly lager dress with her. She gives him a sly grin as they walk. "You know what I think I made up my mind, I like you much better in the not princely clothing. It fits your personality more." It was hard to tell if she was being sarcastic or if her was being sincere about her comment. Tori had no idea why, now of all times, she was getting along with this stuck up prince. Well it seemed like he wasn't being to stuck up right now and maybe it was because she was the only girl around him right now and she didn't feel the need to over compensate for his attention. Wait, she was actively thinking have Levi's attention. Suddenly out of nowhere Tori's face turns a bright red and she quickly speed up so that now she is the one walking ahead of Levi. Why now of all time did she suddenly have to get a crush on Levi. Her heart skips a beat when that thought crossed her mind. Was she finely admitting to herself that she has feeling for Levi?
Tori out of so where suddenly stumbles over her own two feet. "BLOODY HELL!" She exclaims as she drops her shoes and the part of her dress that she was holding to regain her balance. Didn't she just take her shoes off so that this wouldn't happen? Well lucky for her she didn't fall over and she didn't damage her dress at all. She places a hand on her heart and give a little exhale. She looks to Levi giving a little sheepish smile. "Looks like I went and tripped over my own feet anyway." She dust her self back off trying to make it look like that never happened as she pick up her shoe again. Tori bends down to pull up her dress once again so that she will be able to walk. Sadly for the young meister she pulls her dress to far up her legs. There smack dab right in the middle of her upper thigh was something that no one would expected Tori to have. A gold and weight garter clung to the young girls leg. She hadn't even realized that she had pulled her dress up so high that it was able to be seen.
She being to walk again hopping to get to the ball soon. This walked seemed like it was taking much longer then it normally did. Maybe it was because she was being a bit of a klutz and maybe it was do to this large combersum dress. What ever the reason was she could finely see the school getting closer in the distance.

Hearing Tori’s words Levi only considered the positive meaning. Sarcasm was something lost to him when used on him, his ego would only allow for the most endearing of turnouts. Taking her comment as sincere Levi had to believe that what she was saying was true. ”I couldn’t agree with you more babe!” At least people were finally starting to understand that he was much better not fitting their idea of a prince. The fancy clothes and bullshit were just a hassle and totally not worth the effort just to be considered a prince to the commoners. Sure it was just Tori but at least it was a start, soon all of Shibusen would recognize his brilliance!
For some reason Tori decided to speed up and move in front of him. It caught Levi off guard and was rather confusing. Levi kept his pace for the moment and allowed her to walk in front of him. While he may have been confused at why she was doing it he didn’t think it was for anything important, plus the view wasn’t too bad from where he was walking. While distracted by her ass he failed to notice her feet failing and her stumbling over them.
At least she didn’t end up falling all over herself but Levi still moved closer to shorten the gap between them. The stumble didn’t seem to affect her much so it wasn’t anything to worry about. ”You sure you can make it? Wouldn’t want you actually falling on the way there.” Tori managed to walk well enough despite the mishap so Levi just remained a step or two behind her. Now it was just a matter of getting Tori to the school in one piece without her somehow managing to trip or otherwise fall on her face.
Seeing the school growing closer Levi wasn’t as worried that Tori would manage to fall and was more interested in reaching the dance. To make sure Tori was set Levi looked down at her feet to see if there was anything that posed an issue. He didn’t see anything besides her own feet that she could trip over but he did see the exposed garter on her leg. Not wanting to destabilize her footing her decided to wait till they got closer to the school, plus it just gave him time to think of the best thing to say.

Tori was soon regretting her choice in dresses. The steps up to the school were vast and numerous, and normally she had no problem with them but with dress had to weight at least ten pound and the bottom put a strain on her hips. Why did she think this was a good idea again to wear this type of dress and not a shorter one? Oh yeah because you wouldn't catch Tori dead in a short dress with out tall sock or something to cover most of her body. She began to huff and puff a bit as she climbed the last of the step and finely when they reach the top she dropped the part of the dress that she was holding and flung her hands up into the with giving a sigh of relief and maybe because she was out of breath as well. "Made it! Bloody hell I thought I was going to die walking up those damn steps in this dress."
She wait for Levi and as soon as he came close to her her hand was on his shoulder again. "Don't move your princeliness I need to balance again while I put on my shoes." It only took her a few minutes to put her shoes back one and suddenly Tori gain several inches to her high, she was almost tall enough to look Live in the eyes, almost. She checks herself over straightening things out as needed, fixing her gloves and her hair peace.
She then looks back to Levi and give him a smile. "All right lets get going." Rather then wait for Levi to do anything Tori take charge of this new situation, not that uncommon for her to do something like that. She take his arm and links it with her own. At first glance it might appear that Levi was the one that offered her his arm but looking closely anyone could see that it was Tori leading the way by pulling on his arm. She opens up the door to the hall and looks around. Should they find a place to sit first and eat? Was Levi even hungry? Tori sure as well wasn't hungry her nerves where going crazy and she still had butterflies in her stomach. She felt like if she eat anything she might just be a classy lady and throw it all up.
She turns her head and looks at Levi, well not directly at him for some reason she couldn't quite make eye contacted with him. "So Levi what are we going to do first? I have never really ever been to a dance like this so I am unaccustomed to what one does that dances." She then looked around again and noted that most of the girl here where wearing short dresses and knowing Levi with would become a distraction and Tori just had to make sure to keep his attention. Why? She honestly had no clue why.

Tori was having a more difficult time traversing the stairs then he was but that was only to be expected. She was still in the NOT class after all plus nobody was as good as him at anything so he really should lower his expectations. Eventually they made it to the top and all without Tori having another case of falling on her face, overall a pretty good trip. Levi felt the need to clap at least a few times after Tori’s remotely loud exclamation as he walked up after her.
Being used as a balance so Tori could put on her shoes was beneath him but it was far from the first sacrifice he had made of the sort. Allowing a peasant to touch him at all was beneath him as was attending such a dance with a commoner. Well it wasn’t like he could do anything about it so he might as well make the best of it. Besides, everyone was practically better than an average commoner just for being in the presence of one as magnificent as himself. There was also the fact that it was a simply minor inconvenience for him to endure before entering the dance and taking his rightful place as the center of attention.
At Tori’s prompt to get going Levi rolled his eyes at the thought of someone telling him to do anything but went along with it. The tugging was unnecessary but Levi was feeling merciful for the occasion and allowed the offense for the moment. Walking slightly behind Tori he allowed her to open the doors so he wouldn’t have to make contact with a commoner object like that. Reaching the inside it was indeed a ball and the perfect place for Levi to steal the spotlight, the only possible outcome of this.
Ah a question for his greatness. It was only natural that those beneath him would look to Levi for guidance. Her question had some merit but the answer was simple, get all the attention onto them. Of course there were a few ways to do that but Levi had the best way in mind. ”Well the answer is simple, at dances like this people dance.” Done reiterating the obvious he motioned toward other peasants who were dancing. Simply walking in that direction should confirm his greatness to these commoners.

Tori was used to Levi being a stuck up prince but at his comment her face fall into a glare. He didn't have to say it like that. True this was her first dance he still could be a little nicer about it, but then again this was Levi and asking that from him was like asking for a miracle. "Thanks for pointing that out." She says in a very sarcastic tone of voice, but before she could say anything else Levi started to walk off with out her. For a moment Tori just stood there staring after him as if she was waiting for him to turn back around and offer to escort her out to the dance floor. Reality kicked in pretty quick when that didn't happen.
OH HELL NO!
Tori's hands ball up into fist as her cheeks turn red from anger. She marches up to Levi her heals clicking very loudly on the ground. Rather then hit him to get his attention Tori would try something else. The hitting would be saved for later if he pissed her off more. When Tori reached him she reach up and pulled on his arm with her hand. At first it seemed like she was doing this to get his attention and for the most part it was, but what she really did was link her hands around his arm. Like a Lady would do when being escorted by a gentleman. Tori looked up at Levi with a sickly sweet smile on her face.
"Levi~" She said in a sickening sweet tone of voice but suddenly her voice changed to her normal pissed off voice."Levi it's very rude to walk out to the dance floor with out even offering to escort me. No I'm not say that because you are a prince I am saying it because it is common courtesy. Don't forget who ask who to this dance. I expected to be treated like a date should be, with some respect." Tori's then went very low and dangerous to try and really get her point across to the thick headed prince. "Don't make me regret saying yes to coming with you to this dance."
When they reached a good spot in the dance floor Tori let go of his arm the turned to face him. She wasn't quite used to dancing let alone with other people but at this point she didn't really care. She was still mad and it was hard for this boss Brit to calm her self. Just as luck, or maybe a rainbow, had it a slow song came on just at that moment. For a second Tori looked at some other people on the dance floor to see how they where dancing to this song. She mimicked them and reached up placing her arms around Levi's neck to dance with him.

Levi was for a lack of a better word confused. He hadn’t taken more than a few steps before he was met with the sporadic rage of Tori. Leaving her? He had maybe taken two steps to look farther into the crowd to see what the masses of his people looked like. He would never mention it but he couldn’t see that far and the ballroom of the school was quite the large space. After so long the individuals all tended to blend together into a blurry mass of moving color. Though as far as anyone who asked was concerned his vision was perfect in every way!
Of course he couldn’t expect a peasant to understand his actions. There was no reason for them to look into the crowds to see how the masses were. Perhaps they did similar actions when looking for an individual they were familiar with but usually not the same as him surveying the crowd. The response was unneeded but it wasn’t worth the effort of complaining about it. Of course he would correct her as to the fault but that was only to be expected after such a response.
”I wasn’t actually walking out as you imagined. I was just simply observing the area from a more auspicious position. Don’t be so quick to jump to conclusions.”
Done he figured since they were already here it made sense to go out onto the dance floor anyway. Passing the peasants Levi made sure to alter his usual appearance to a more fitting one. Taking more regal steps instead of his usual hard steps was a start. There was no need to walk with the intent to crush even the ground beneath you at the event. Keeping a good posture he made the ridiculous clothing look like he belonged in it.
Not unused to dancing at events like these Levi knew how things usually transpired. As such he was expecting the music to take on the slow pace that it did. Tori did seem a tad confused but she managed to catch on quickly enough. When Tori’s arms went around his neck Levi had to resist the natural urge to shudder off contact of those of a lower class. The urge passed instantly but it had popped up for a moment. Done with that he placed his hands on her waist to dance like those around them.
He would have preferred something that could shift the attention of all the others onto them and especially him but that could come in time. For now a slow dance was fine to start with. It seemed better for Tori at the least so she could get more accustomed to things. A rather insignificant entrance but there was always more time for Levi to steal the spotlight of the dance and get all the attention he craved!

Tori glanced around the dance floor at all the other couples. They all look just so happy and honestly right now she had such an awful cause of butterflies in her stomach all she wanted to do was throw up. Tori felt Levi's hand press up against her waist her head quickly moved to look up at him and at first she was going to say something but after a remembering what everyone looked like she stopped herself. This was a normal thing to do but it just wasn't something that she was used to. She had never had a guy dance with her like this, then again she had never danced with a guy at all. She had to make sure she didn't yell at Levi for something he didn't deserve. She could wait knowing him he would piss her off soon enough and she would have a real reason to yell at him.
Tori's eyes glance away from him now as her body shift to get closer to him. "Hey thanks I guess. For asking me to this dance even if I didn't want to come in the first place and even if I did tell you no the first time...Thanks." She still wasn't looking at him in the eyes, she couldn't bring herself to do that right now and it was killing her that she felt her cheeks starting to turn a lovely shade of light pink. Was this really happening to her. She moved her eyes so that now she wasn't looking at the ground she was now looking at the ceiling. "Hey can I tell you something Levi. . . I kind of-"
Her comment was cut short as the song suddenly changed. It in all honest made her heart stop a little bit because she wasn't expecting it. The song was a lot faster and had so much bass Tori didn't know what to do or even think about it. A sudden panic filled her face as she looked around. Well everyone was dancing differently to this song and was something she wasn't used to. She looked from left to right and then backed off of Levi not knowing what to do. She couldn't bring herself to run away, that just wasn't in her nature but this also wasn't in her nature. Her breath quickened as she looked from person to person and then finely she looks back to her date. She was sure he knew what to do but she couldn't ask him. It was quite bothersome to be so stubborn sometimes.

Levi noticed that Tori was shuffling around a little but didn’t much of it. Most likely it was just that she was nervous. Who wouldn’t be nervous going to a dance with him? It was truly tragic that he had such a magnificent existence that he caused people to feel as such but it was out of his control. If only he was a little less perfect, but that was simply impossible. Unfortunately it didn’t seem like they were getting the amount of attention from the rest of the ball goers that he believed he at least deserved. Granted they had only arrived recently, he should give the commoners time to bask in his presence.
Oh, what was that he was hearing? An utterance of thanks to him for his obviously brilliant ideas. It was hardly necessary of thanks but he wasn’t exactly going to stop her from doing so. It was only fitting that he be praised in some form for whatever action he may do, though being thanked was one of the more preferable forms. Now then what was she doing? She had something else to say while dancing with him? Well he might as well allow it, baby steps.
Unfortunately whatever she was saying was cut short by the sudden change in music. Not exactly a rarity as far as music went but also not something he considered fitting for a ball. Even if this was an American ball he still expected there to be some set of standards to go off of. Even worse it seemed like the sudden shift had disoriented Tori and caused her to stop dancing and look around confused. This certainly wouldn’t do so it was up to Levi to fix everything. Approaching Tori he returned his hands to how they were and resumed dancing like how they had been, though at a somewhat faster pace.
”Relax babe, just breathe and follow me.”
It was as if Levi had changed how the universe worked just by his will alone. In such a short timeframe he had fixed the issue with Tori as well as gotten his wish of standing out. All the other students were dancing in a way more fitting for the type of music that was playing while Levi and Tori continued to dance as if it was still a slow ball song. The music did not decide what Levi did. Only Levi could do that!
”So then, what were you saying before? I heard my name so it must have been important.”

Tori was still in a panic as she watched the other students dance and barley heard what it was that Levi even said to her. The next thing she knew she felt his arms around her again pulling her back in. She turned her head to face him now a light blush on her cheeks but still a look of worry on her face and as a reaction wrapped her arms back up around his nck. He told her to relax breath and fallow him. Under any other reason this might have caused Tori to go into one of her many rages but seeing as this was a ball and he was really trying to help her she didn't fight it.
No, Tori went with it mostly because she hadn't expected for Levi to do something like this. Something so nice and sweet and for a fleeting moment Tori smiled up at him. A true and genuine smile; that is until he opened his mouth again. You know she was staring to like him but she was liking him even more when he didn't talk. There was just so much arrogance in his voice it only caused the meister to make a scoffing sound. Well after the way he asked her now there was no way in hell she was going to tell him that she liked him. He would just get so full on himself that he might have problems walking threw the door with this ego.
Tori would have to changed the subjected or at least move his thoughts away from the question that he just asked her and she might just have the perfected thing to do that. Although her eyes where still on Levi she could plainly see that a lot of people where watching them because they will still doing a slow dance style to this fast song, and it was a good idea but Tori thought she could do something better.
If there was one thing Levi like most at this school it was having all eyes on him and if Tori wanted to at least maybe get some respect from this prince helping him get more attention might be the best thing. The song that was playing was not a song that you could slow dance too but it did have the 1, 2, 3 beat of a ball room dance song hidden with in it. Tori could pick it out no problem and would have to thank her mother for all those years of music lessons. Now it was time to show off to Levi.
"What I wanted to say before doesn't matter to what I have to say now. Levi if you want more people to notice you now it's time to fallow my lead."
She tried something new with her tone of voice, a more seductive one rather then her harsh one. Might help keeping his attention on her. She then moved her arms away from his neck taking his left hand and placing it on her hip and takeing his right hand in hers. She then placed her left hand on his upper arm, they where now in the closed position on a waltz. Tori mimicked his normal grin and now pulled him into a fast pace waltz. Now this made even more people stop and watch them. Before it was just a slow dance and it was odd and out of place and now it was a waltz that went in perfected time with the music. She was sure this would a key to keeping his attention on her for the rest of the night.
