So you're looking for a mission to take or you want to make your own. Well the first thing you may want to know is what type to look for. Here we will explain the different types to make things easier! All missions require a meister/weapon team or solo weapon unless otherwise specified.
NOT Missions
Despite the name these in fact real missions, they are just for the NOT class of students. These missions are by far the easiest and are more for bonding with your partner than growing stronger. Taking place within Death City the participants are usually sent off to perform simple task for the school or other citizens in the city. Delivering mail, putting up posters, fighting bees, you know the usual. Just some simple task for a team to learn about their abilities and get used to working together. After completing five NOT missions and showing that they are capable a team may be advanced to One Star rank.
One Star Missions
Here we go! The first of the EAT class missions for students. These missions are for the more skilled teams to go travel the world and fight kishin eggs. Once reaching this rank teams begin to grow more powerful and learn more skills. More of an opening class after a team has completed three missions they can advance to Two star if they are deemed capable enough. While a team may be a Two star rank they can still take One star missions.
Two Star Missions
The real deal when it comes to missions. More difficult than One star missions but they also give more rewards. Usually they involve fighting stronger kishin eggs or even multiple ones. The difficulty can vary greatly as Two star is such a large rank. After around maybe fifty(I told you it was a big rank) missions the team can advance to Three star.
Three star Missions
Feeling pretty bad-ass after getting all those souls? Well why not take on a Three star mission? These are the elite missions for really advanced teams and members of Spartoi. Here you will find the strongest enemies from near complete kishin eggs, witches, or any other range of monster. It's dangerous to go at all but the rewards are some of the best you will get. So do you think you can handle it?
Strong Soul Missions
A rare type of mission available to two and three stars. Hunt down a strong soul who has sinned enough to find themselves on Shinigami's list. These missions are difficult but are worth more souls than a normal mission. A strong soul mission is worth 5 souls for two stars and 10 souls for three stars. If you take the risk you may end up with a death scythe sooner than later.
Madness Missions
Students aren't the only ones who want to get stronger. These missions are for witches and kishin eggs to take so they can earn points. Usually it will involve killing a person or something to that extent. Difficulty can vary based on the participant.
Story Missions
As you may have guessed these are missions that will advance the main story of the site. Difficulty can be anything and who can take it is up to the one in charge. But make no mistake, these missions can range from the lowest level Two to beyond level Three. Are you ready? Then be prepared!
Witch Hunt
A subset of three star missions. This is the big show for all student teams, where they go after a witch's soul. The difficulty can vary but at the very least it will be no less than hard mode. On the positive side, if you win your weapon will transform into a Death Scythe and gain all the perks that come with that rank! On the negative if you fail bad enough you may die. Yes that is right, witch hunt missions are Death Enabled! Maybe you'll get lucky and have a nice witch and be able to escape, but I wouldn't bet on that. Also for these missions the team should request one. I'm not saying you can ask for an easy time, well you can but then it might just be harder, you can ask for what type of witch to fight. If you have a lantern weapon and want a fire type witch you can ask for one as long as no fire type witch is already taken by a player. On the rare chance a witch player wants to give up their witch they can run the mission and you can kill them. So are you willing to risk it all to be the best? Happy hunting~
